Lovely, modern and fresh facilities, close to beachen and town.

Nice, basic breakfast (not included) with a little bit of everything. Wonderful, genuine service from the straff. (Mix of English, Italian and French works great.) Calm and relaxing common areas with a fantastic sea view.

The beds are, as often in south European countries, VERY hard.

The hospitality of Marco makes the difference, we asked a small breakfast and took care of it and he recommended great restaurants, beaches and things to do around. The mattres of the bed and the silence - excellent combination for a very good sleep at night and power nap in the afternoon

Car is a must but that’s fairly evident on the site, and the view + silence in the night is overly compensating

Très bien : spacieux, très belles prestations (décor, équipements…), confortable, vraiment très bien pour un séjour en famille.

Assez sonore d’un étage à l’autre (on entend les ouvertures de volets roulants, les talons des personnes au dessus…) Dommage. Et le prix n’est pas négligeable. Mais c’est quoi qu’il en soit le un super hébergement !

Tout y est pour un sejour au pays de la dolce vita…

Villa au calme, très bien agencé, très propre, neuve, piscine sympathique, personnel très agréable, souriant et accueillant. De beaux espaces en commun à l’extérieur ,fait avec goût et une laverie à disposition. Les appartements sont beaux et spacieux. Proche du centre-ville de San remo et de ttes ses commodités, à 3 min de l’entrée de l’autoroute, a 10 min de ventimile, à 20 min de menton et à 40min de Nice. Au top… Grazie mille

Sehr schönes Haus und absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände genügend vorhanden. Das am Morgen anwesende Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und darum bemüht, Frühstück und Aufenthalt den Gästen zur vollen Zufriedenheit zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich mit genügend Auswahl. Der Blick aufs Meer ist beeindruckend. Marco als Vermieter kümmert sich sofort um Anfragen, zum Beispiel, wenn das WLan nicht funktioniert. Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit absoluter Gästeorientierung, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann.

Es gibt nichts, außer einer winzigen (fast nicht zu erwähnenden) Kleinigkeit. Ein Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum, sodass die Gäste theoretisch reinschauen können bzw. bei etwas höherer Lautstärke im Frühstücksbereich man dies im Zimmer mitbekommt.

Fantastisk

Det var et smukt hus med en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt over Middelhavet. Lidt uden for byen og tilbagetrukket fra vejen, hvilket gav en dejlig ro. Personalet var meget imødekommende og serviceminded - morgenmaden var lækker og udvalget godt. Vi havde cykler med og vi kunne få dem opbevaret i et aflåst rum , hvilket var betryggende for os - parkering lige ved huset - vi fik tips til gode cykelruter - vi kommer helt sikkert igen 🤩

Fantastisch verblijf. We hadden een appartement. Brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gemeenschappelijke tuin met schitterend uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Lieve en zorgzame eigenaren. Goede parkeergelegenheid.

Ce n'est pas de la faute des propriétaires Malheureusement nous avions un couple au dessus dont l'enfant jouait avec des billes à partir de 6h du matin donc difficile de faire une grasse matinée .mais la c'est l'éducation des parents !!

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Tolle Lage, neue und saubere Apartments, schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, ein nettes Team,… alles um sich direkt wohl zu fühlen.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt: sauber, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles neu. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders spektakulär ist der schöne Ausblick von der Terrasse, die zum Zimmer gehört.

Fantastisch verblijf 🥰

Het gemoedelijke en huiselijke sfeertje. Net of je bij de familie op bezoek bent. Prachtige kamers, mooi en fijn zwembad en Ornella, Fiorella en Roberto doen er alles aan om het jou naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt smorgens kun je ook meenemen naar de kamer maar het is eigenlijk gezelliger om buiten te ontbijten. De croissants zijn zaalig! Kamer (2pers-kamer) is heel fijn en praktisch inclusief de douche. Lieve familie Villa Matta, bedankt!!

Kan eigenlijk niets noemen maar mss het enige js dat je met de auto moet gaan eten ‘s-avonds. Volgende keer zou ik een appartement boeken ipv 2 pers kamer zodat je zelf savonds lekker wat te eten kunt maken en niet meer de berg af hoeft om te eten.
