Le cadre était splendide et l'appartement spacieux

La literie était très mauvaise et la chambre sans climatisation était inutilisable car très chaude du fait de la canicule. Quel dommage car nous avons dù nous serrer dans le.reste de l'appartement

I would like to share our experience. We checked into the apartment on August 17. At first everything seemed fine, but during our stay several issues appeared — such as broken equipment, missing bed linen, very weak internet, and poorly working air conditioning. Of course, things like this can happen, and we understand that properties may have defects. However, what really disappointed us was not the technical problems themselves, but the way our requests were handled. When we reported the issues, we were repeatedly told that “we do not work after 19:30/20:00,” promises to fix things were not fulfilled, and eventually the communication stopped completely. Instead of support and guest care, we felt ignored. In the end, our holiday was spoiled not by the broken socket or slow internet, but by the complete absence of service and respect towards guests.
