très compliqué

l'espace de l'appartement, tranquilité, place parking

la remise des clés et le service de réservation . Vous recevez une petite dizaine de mail sur tout le séjour. Vous avez autres choses à faire que lire ces mails. Dans tous ces mails il y a des informations pertinantes et d'autres complètement inutiles. Vous devez vous farcir tous ces mails parce que dans un on vous donne l'accès à l'immeuble et au garage (un peu compliqué, avec des photos) , un autre message avec une vidéo (encore l'accès à la porte d'entrée, rien que cela), un autre le code de la boîte pour les clés avec beaucoup de clés qui n'ouvrent malheureusement pas toujours les bonnes portes et comme le garage. Le check-out trop tôt si vous arrivez à 20h vous repartez à 10H, il faudrait tous dire STOP mais nous acceptons tous cela, ce qui est clairement un abus. autres points, deux lits sur 3 n'étaient pas fait. Les lits superposé n'étaient pas fait , et on a du cherccher les draps il n'y avait qu'une paire. Notre autre fils a du dormir dans le divan-lit du salon où il y avait des draps, à quoi sert de prendre une deuxième chambre si on ne fournit pas les draps! Très dommage l'organisation car l'appartement est pas mal.

Добре розташування. Всього 15 хвилин пішки до моря, та інфраструктури. Наявність паркомісця в закритому паркінгу. Приміщення просторе, з великим балконом. Трьом дорослим та двом дітям було достатньо місця.

Відсутність чайника, наявність плісняви в душовій кабіні, не помита підлога( якщо ходити без взуття, то через 5 хвилин ноги були чорні), дуже тверді матраци. Пральну машину потрібно замінити або полагодити, тому що дверцята відчиняються за допомогою ложки, так як кнопка замка зламана. Не достатньо світла в ванній кімнаті.

Un weekend a Sanremo

Appartamento è pulito e ben tenuto, con balcone ampio. I proprietari hanno gestito il nostro arrivo in modo perfetto, dando tutte le indicazioni necessarie e verificando che tutto fosse a posto. Il posto auto è ampio e al coperto, in luogo chiuso. C'è una lavatrice a disposizione. L'appartamento è ben equipaggiato per un eventuale soggiorno lungo, anche se noi lo abbiamo usato per solo due notti. Il supermercato più vicino è a 500 metri a piedi (in discesa ad andare). La struttura ha tre zone letto: una stanza matrimoniale, un ampio divano letto in zona giorno e una seconda camera da letto con letto a castello.

La posizione dell'appartamento è tranquilla ma un po' nascosta e circondata da altre case. La struttura sembra più adatta a un soggiorno lungo, piuttosto che a una permanenza breve. Nella nostra camera l'aria condizionata non funzionava ma penso che sia stato un problema temporaneo. Unica nota, la seconda camera con letto a castello è cieca, stretta e lunga. Un unico bagno può essere un po' limitante.

Da prestare piu attenzione alla pulizia

La posizione e buona, 10 min a piedi fino alla spiaggia e 25 min fino al centro del paese. Ottima la presenza del parcheggio coperto privato.

Forte odore di fogna dentro il palazzo e l'appartamento. Il terrazzo bello, ma pieno di polvere, perciò non e stato possibile usarlo. Anche le grate con tanta polvere, che aprendo le finestre e finita dentro casa. Non siamo riusciti neanche ad accendere i condizionatori. Di notte si sentono rumori dalla strada.

Tutto ok

Casa ben strutturata dotata di tutto ciò che è stato descritto nella scheda di prenotazione. Ci sono due televisioni (in soggiorno e in camera da letto), una cabina armadio dove riporre le valigie. Oltre al letto a castello e al letto matrimoniale, è presenet un divano letto nella zona pranzo. Tapparelle elettriche e ampio terrazzo dove, in estate, è possibile mangiare fuori (noi siamo stati in inverno, quindi non lo abbiamo sfruttato). Posto auto riservato coperto e piuttosto grande. Un ringraziamento all'host che è venuto subito ad aiutarci quando non riuscivamo ad utilizzare correttamente la cassetta ove riporre le chiavi.

Il riscaldamento avviene tramite i due condizionatori persenti in camera e soggiorno. Sono elettrici anche lo scaldasalviette e lo scaldabagno per l'acqua calda. Se si accende tutto (e in inverno viene naturale), salta la corrente.
