Tranquillità e calmo. Struttura e ben pulita e abbastanza attrezzata.

Abbiamo fatto richiesta di fare check-in 1 ora anticipo ma quando siamo arrivati alle 15 ora di arrivo e appartamento e ancora non pronto invece di check-in anticipato abbiamo aspettato un ora in più quindi abbiamo fatto check-in alle 16. Appartamento c'è l'ha quasi tutto di utensile ma manco microonde che sara molto utile per una famiglia con bimbi.

Appartement parfait et l'avantage du parking privé gratuit

Appartement parfait, propre et proche de tout ce qu'il faut visiter à San Remo et des restaurants, dans une rue piétonne calme et magnifique. Lits très confortables. Place de parking privé gratuit. Une fois garé, nous avons tout fait à pied pendant notre séjour. Entrée et sortie autonome pour les clés. Merci encore de nous avoir laissé partir à 11h au lieu de 10h. Nous étions tellement bien qu'on voulait rajouter une nuit en plus mais ça n'a pas été possible, dommage..nous avons quand même trouvé un hôtel rapidement pour prolonger notre weekend. La prochaine fois que nous reviendrons à San Remo, on choisira de nouveau cet appartement.

Lindo departamento pero sin estacionamiento. No se dejen engañar

El departamento era muy lindo, cuidado, con todo los necesario. Súper confortable

No tiene estacionamiento. Nos dejaron una llaves de un portón sin ninguna explicación de donde se encontraba el estacionamiento. Después de varias vueltas y preguntar dónde quedaba ya que la dirección no era específica ni correcta llegamos y no andaba la llave del portón. Los días que estuvimos ahí perdíamos más de 2 horas buscando estacionamiento, conseguimos solo estacionamiento para pagar era un costo que no teníamos pensado ya que cuando contratamos nos decía con estacionamiento.

L'accueil est très moyen : aucun contact avec l’hôte. Un pdf avec les instructions est envoyé et débrouillez -vous ! Un message uniquement la veille du départ pour nous préciser de sortir les poubelles Cafetière impossible à brancher dans la cuisine.

Il gestore è organizzato (c'è il park che è utilissimo ma non funzionava il telecomando.

L'appartamento, pulito e arredato modernamente. Va bene per cinque persone, si possono utilizzare anche le stoviglie e le pentole per fare da mangiare. Non c'è la lavastoviglie ma in effetti non vi era indicato fosse in loco. Ci sono le salviette ma non sapone o shampo nella doccia. C'è la lavatrice ma non il detersivo per utilizzarla (nemmeno per un lavaggio).

Il telecomando del parcheggio non funzionava e nessuno ha controllato che funzionasse (batterie scariche pensiamo) e non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il parcheggio per tutte e due le sere che abbiamo soggiornato. Avevamo scelto questa soluzione proprio per il parcheggio incluso (ho avuto la casa a Sanremo per trenta anni e conosco le difficoltà) ... Inoltre molto ripide le scale di accesso all'appartamento veramente da calvario degli alpini (ci sono una ventina di gradini molto ripidi per arrivare alla porta di ingresso al secondo piano senza ascensore ovviamente).

Emplacement idéal pour séjour à Sanremo.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche des commerces et du marché, il y a en plus petite épicerie en haut de la haut de la rue, très pratique. Il est également très très propre. Bien équipé, literie confortable, petite déco sympa, tout est là pour poser ses valises et faire un séjour touristique. Toutefois, ainsi que les autres commentaires l'indiquent, attention, si vous avez du mal à vous déplacer (marcher). Il y a effectivement deux rues en escaliers pavées à descendre (ou monter) pour regagner la Via Corradi du centre-ville + deux étages pour accéder à l'appart. Cela ne nous a pas gêné, nous connaissions déjà Sanremo et ses ruelles. L'ambiance dans ses vieilles rues pavées est authentique, cela nous a beaucoup plu. L'emplacement est idéal, hyper proche du centre et à deux pas des ruelles commerçantes. Petit hic au moment de trouver la place de parking qui est éloignée de deux rues au dessus de l'appart. Nous avons eu du mal à nous repérer, c'est un quartier où n'avions pas l'habitude d'aller. Mais, l'équipe a été hyper réactive en répondant très rapidement à mes messages. La personne de l'agence parlait italien, français, anglais. Tout était facilité dans nos démarches d'accès à l'appartement et au séjour.

Appartement très propre bien équiper la communication à étais parfaite très proche du centre ville casino marché plage. le parking est un plus mais faut grimper pas mal de marche pour y accéder pour l'appartement idem mais cela ne nous a pas déranger. Je recommande cette appartement.
