Centro Storico - La Pigna

I liked the cozy, old town, central location, the fact that it was possible to park relatively close by (in a public area), the good, clean and modern equipment of the apartment, and especially the careful and thorough attitude of our kind host. We found and picked up the key easily and generally everything went smoothly.

I wouldn't say there's anything I didn't like. Just be prepared to climb stairs, don't except huge interior spaces (although the kitchen is quite spacious) and the portable air conditioner won't be able to fully cope with the summer heat. You will definitely need to carry your luggage some distance from the car and this will not happen on flat terrain. But these are mostly due to the nature of the city.

L’alloggio era molto pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Le tre camere sono grandi e ben organizzate, perfette anche per chi viaggia in famiglia o con amici. La posizione nel centro storico è molto suggestiva e pittoresca, ideale per vivere l’atmosfera autentica di Sanremo.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful historic house in the heart of Sanremo. The property is full of charm and character, offering an authentic Italian atmosphere while still providing all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The house was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. Its central location made it easy to explore the old town, the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions on foot. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with recommendations and local tips. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. A wonderful place to experience the real charm of Sanremo. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!
