The apartment was exceptionally clean, and all the furniture felt brand new and very well maintained. What truly stood out was the communication with the hosts. They were always available, responded to every request incredibly quickly, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Even late at night, when the electricity panel shut down due to overconsumption, they immediately helped us solve the issue. 10/10 for the support team and the communication with the hosts — rare to experience such attentiveness and responsiveness.

A few minor things to keep in mind: the bed was slightly uncomfortable for us because the mattress was very thick and firm — probably because it is still quite new. The apartment is located in the city center, so the street outside can be noisy at times. For some people, the lively atmosphere may actually feel cozy and vibrant, while others might be more sensitive to the sound. Thankfully, the apartment has air conditioning. The entrance key to the corridor door can occasionally get stuck a little because of the older door mechanism, but honestly, this felt insignificant compared to how beautiful, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished the apartment is overall. Posizione centralissima, vicino all’Ariaton e a molti ristoranti carini. A pochi passi dal mare e dal porto. Punto strategico per muoversi sia in città che nei paesi vicino o per fare una scappata giornaliera in Francia. C’è un silos coperto a pagamento molto comodo ad un minuto a piedi. Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione molto elegante e Fedele alle fotografie dell’host. Kevin il gestore risponde sempre prontamente per ogni informazione o problema da risolvere

Se siete amanti della vista sul mare o in ricerca di un balcone dove prendere il sole o rilassarvi la sera questi non sono presenti ma tutto abbondantemente compensato dalle altre positività

Appartamento spazioso al primo piano con ascensore vintage (ante manuali e piccola cabina, entra a fatica un passeggino). Edificio silenzioso, letti confortevoli, bagno nuovo con doccia grande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Comodo il self check-in. Accanto al portone c'è una pasticceria per fare colazione. Ottima la posizione a due minuti dal teatro Ariston, e vicino a molti buoni ristoranti. L'host Kevin risponde sempre ed è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni utili. Suggerimenti per migliorare il servizio: qualche bustina in più di prodotti da bagno, mettere dei ganci all'ingresso per appendere giacche e borse, e sistemare il portoncino di casa (non si può aprire con una mano sola, servono entrambe le mani libere). Nel complesso siamo più che soddisfatti, ci torneremmo.
