La ubicación, la amplitud, atención del personal
Falta de mantenimiento, aire acondicionado goteaba (vinieron a verlo), se fue la electricidad (debe pasar a menudo), la ducha se salia el agua por la manguera, la luz de neón del establecimiento de abajo q entra por las rejillas de las ventanas, las persianas no la tapan, en general, al apartamento le falta una modernización.
