* pleasant clear communication with the host, quick response.
* spacious apartment (especially the bedroom)
* very central location (but quiet)
* good mattress
* very nice renovted and decorated apartment
* I didn´t mind, but keep in mind that the bedroom and bathroom are separated. You have to pass the livingroom and kitchen before entering the bathroom.

The host was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. That was kind. The room was perfectly located for a place I know very well.
It wasn't clean. Human hairs all over the floor. No shower gel or coffee sachets, but the main complaint is that I booked a room that included, or had access to, a kitchen with cooking facilities and washing machine. If this existed, I wasn't told where it was and I had no idea where to look. Admittedly, I didn't ask when I checked in, but surely this should be obvious?
