Perfect house in sanremo
The owner Luigi from the first moment of contact has been nothing but super friendly, helpful, and always really quick to respond. The appartment itself is cozy, clean and big enough for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. All the essentials to cook in the kitchen including the basics such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, crackers and jams 😊 really comfortable mattress and clean fresh smelling linen. I would also like to underline it's the first house in my travels with such a well equipped first aid box, really appreciated. Shampoo and shower gel also provided 10 minutes walk from the centre with a mini market two mins from the house. Absolutely ideal for a stay in sanremo, will definitely return to the lovely Luigi the next time we return. Thanks for everything❤️

La casa è molto bella, grande e pulita, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, avevamo tutto a disponibilità
La unica cosa che la casa si trova en alto, quindi consiglio di arrivare in machina, perché noi siamo andati senza machina, solo per abitare la fatica di salire tante scale, ma la casa ha una vista al mare stupenda 😍 poi por il resto è super comoda per arrivare sia al centro come alla spiaggia.

Séjour très agréable, région sympa, appartement top.
L'appartement est parfait, très bien équipé et au calme. Les échanges ont été fluides avec le propriétaire qui est, en plus, très réactif et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
Le seul point négatif est le stationnement, qui est une vraie catastrophe dans Sanremo, mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien.

L’unica cosa di negativo il parcheggio, che se si è fortunati si trova nelle stradine vicino. Ma intanto tutta la Liguria è così.

Séjour à la casa de gill au top
Appartement au top , très bien situé . Nous avons pu tout faire à pied autant aller en ville qu’à la plage . Appartement propre et tout équipé Je recommande
Juste petit bémol en forte chaleur , une clim aurait été vraiment au top , mais sinon bien aérer la nuit le vent traverse bien l’appartement et permet quand même de faire descendre la température.
