Exceptionnel

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison à San Remo. Nous étions neuf et le logement s’est révélé parfaitement adapté à un groupe : spacieux, confortable et très agréable à vivre. La maison est remarquablement belle, avec beaucoup de charme et de caractère, notamment grâce aux moulures au plafond et aux salles de bain très élégantes, qui apportent une vraie touche de raffinement. L’emplacement est idéal, à courte distance de la plage, dans un environnement calme et reposant. Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances, aussi bien pour se détendre que pour partager des moments en famille. Tout le monde a été conquis par le séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et que nous serions ravis de réserver à nouveau.

Eravamo 6 adulti e 3 bambini. È abbastanza grande per ospitare più famiglie. È una casa molto accogliente. Salone e giardino per splendidi pranzi e colazioni tutti insiene. Letti e cuscini comodi. Posizione comodissima per la pista ciclabile con un punto noleggio vicinissimo, sud est, parco giochi, porto sole, villa nobel, stazione e anche in centro si arriva facendo due passi. Tantissimi servizi nelle immediate vicinanze, super, farmacia, bar.. La casa viene consegnata con tantissimi comfort e dotazioni. Un'attenzione che abbiamo gradito davvero molto. Acqua, caffè, Succhi, Tovagliolini, Sapone... davvero super! La signora che ci ha accolto e il proprietario con cui ci siamo scritti sono stati gentilissimi, davvero molto disponibili e flessibili

Belle villa bien située et à proximité des restaurants, plages et commerces ! Très spacieuse et confortable ! On a passé un agréable séjour et Andrea est toujours à l'écoute et serviable !

La seule chose qui manque est un peu plus de vaisselle et ustensiles pour la cuisine ! Sinon le reste c'est parfait !

Fantastisk vackert och charmigt hus. Stora utrymmen, enkelt att ta sig in och ut i trädgården, nära till både strand och centrum. Vi kom med tåg och det var bara 5 minuters promenad. Väldigt bra! Vi stortrivdes och vi hade ett litet barn med oss som kunde springa runt i huset vilket underlättade mycket.

Inga viktiga saker men om jag ska ta fram något så kunde köket gärna utrustas med några vassa knivar till matlagning.

Une maison pleine de charme, idéalement située et parfaitement aménagée !

La maison était incroyable ! Datant de 1913 et magnifiquement rénovée, elle avait un cachet et une âme que nous avons rarement trouvés dans des locations de vacances. Elle a été restaurée tout en conservant le charme d’une maison authentique. Il y a des espaces de vie dans toute la maison : une terrasse arrière pour les repas, un coin extérieur dans le jardin, une petite terrasse/solarium avec un transat pour deux personnes, ainsi qu’une cuisine et un salon très agréables à l’intérieur. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain et est très spacieuse, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable pour nous, trois couples. En plus de tout cet espace, nous étions à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre-ville avec tous les restaurants – c’était royal ! La ville était vraiment agréable, entre les restos, les marchés et les magasins, ce fut un séjour parfait. Merci à Andrea et à Emanuele pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Villa stupenda in centro a Sanremo

Tutto perfetto, a partire dalla comunicazione e la cortesia del proprietario. La villa è in pieno centro a Sanremo e dispone di tutti i confort. Le stanze sono grandi e ben isolate, quasi tutte con i bagni dentro. Top anche il giardino e il patio con anche la possibilità di grigliare. Non abbiamo mai visto una villa così bella!

Week-end perfetto.

A due passi dal lungomare e a cinque minuti dal centro c'è Villa Vale, una bellissima casa con giardino annesso che può ospitare tranquillamente fino a 12 persone. Le camere da letto sono ampie e dotate di bagno in camera; la cucina è fornitissima e il salotto è davvero spazioso e accogliente. In generale tutta la casa è accogliente ed è stato davvero piacevole trascorrervi un week-end. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consigliato, assolutamente!
