Perfect appartemnt in San Remo. We loved it!
VERY helpfull host, helped in everything. Helpful information was given by Gerg where to eat, where to go to swim. Optimal location in San Remo. Somewhere in the middle betwwen the city centre and the beaches. Large kithcen and dining room equipped with everything.
1 toilette and bathroom was suboptimal for 6 of us. No air condition in the appartemnt.

L'appartement est spacieux
L'appartement était sale (frigo sale, vaisselle sale, toiles d'araignées, joints de la douche/salle de bain sales...). Localisation loin du centre ville (30min à pieds). Des équipements étaient défectueux/inutilisables : il manquait des ampoules sur des lampes, le jacuzzi fuyait à notre arrivée (inutilisable car le terrain autour était détrempé et présence de boue + structure dégonflée + il restait très peu d'eau dedans : lorsque j'ai averti le gérant dès l'arrivée il m'a répondu qu'il avait commandé la pièce le matin même et qu'il suffisait de re-remplir le jacuzzi et que ce n'était pas grave si cela gaspillait l'eau. Nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir été prévenus que le jacuzzi était dysfonctionnel car c'est pour cela que nous avions choisi cet appartement...). Le gérant n'a pas apporté de solution, ni de remboursement partiel compte tenu de l'élément pénalisant. Expérience décevante, nous ne recommandons pas. Ps : dans les commentaires précédents il a été fait mention de la poignée de porte de la salle de bain cassée : elle était toujours cassée lors de notre séjour...

Los que gestionan el apartamento muy mal pedimos un ventilador porque no funcionaba bien y tardaron 3dias en solucionar el problema la maneta del baño estaba suelta y no la arreglaron mandos sin pilas

La Dolce Vita
Appartement coquet, très bien équipé , c'est propre, très bonne literie, Très bien situé. Le jardin est un véritable écrin relaxant, belles plantes très agréables. Très odorant grâce à la haie de jasmin. Jacuzzi non testé Carrefour marquet à 50 m.
La salle de bain est vieillissante.
