The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Check in and check out was smooth, and the hostess was very attentive. The accommodation was clean.The gardens surrounding the property are very nice and the residential area is very quiet.

Unfortunately the terrace was not really usable in the afternoon, as there is no shade. The afternoon sun makes it extremely hot to sit outside, so we dined indoors with the shutters closed - this was really a pity. Important to know that there are no shopping possibilities or groceries within walking distance.

Everything we liked

Tutto perfetto, grazie. We spent vacations second time here! Calmness, nature, good restaurants around, nice owner, freshness in the evening in august, a lot of space forkids to play around

Best holiday location

This was the best location and the best host we could have ever had for our holiday.The beauty of nature, the tranquility of the area on top of the mountain and Nicolo a great host who spoiled us with fresh lemons, fresh home-grown tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers etc......it was heaven.There is an easy access by car to the beach from the villa.The villa is very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, for us as a family of 4 with 2 children it was absolutely perfect.We can't wait to come back

A lovely mountain apartment in a beautiful peaceful area

Great host, very warm and friendly, he met us and escorted us to the apartments up the winding mountain road, a really beautiful and scenic location. When we realised our apartment was lacking a few items or had a few minor issues, Nicolo was on hand to rectify the issues immediately - he gave some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Bordighera old town is an amazing quaint village, definitely worth visiting. He sent messages during our stay to check we were happy and kept up a good line of communication.

When we arrived, the rooms had no bedding/linen, the host wanted to put in his advert that bedding would be extra but was not permitted by Booking.com to do so - it would be a great convenience if Booking.com would allow this information to be added for full transparency. There is a lovely terrace table and chairs, but with the hot August sun it would be nice to have a parasol umbrella for the table, as we had to keep moving the table into the shade. Didn't realise the sprinklers would come on in the evenings, so just be cautious about leaving washing out overnight.

Perfect accommodation among beautiful views and great nature.

Nicolo was very helpful, punctual and friendly. We saw outstanding views of the surrounding scenery. The air was absolutely neat & sleepful. Not so far different beaches and the perfect sea.

L’appartement est spacieux et bien conçu Belle terrasse très agréable Les lits sont fait et tout le nécessaire est à disposition dans la salle d’eau et la cuisine Tout est très propre et confortable

La route d’accès est très pentue et un peu effrayante pour moi En rez-de-chaussé on entend tout de l’appartement au dessus (wc et douche) et surtout les chaises qui sont traînées… peut être penser à mettre des patins 🤔

Великолепные новые апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым, безупречно чисто. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Кравивые виды на горы и море. До пляжей около 15мин езды на машине. Нас встретили очень радушно и на любые вопросы мы всегда получали ответы. Большое спасибо! Мы с удовольствием вернемся!

Soukromí a klid

Rozhodně klid a umístění. Pokoje prostorné. Kuchyně byla plně vybavena, venkovní posezení. Není klimatizace, ale díky zavlažování a okenicím bylo velmi příjemně. Dost prudká příjezdová cesta, nic pro nezkušené řidiče.

Bohužel náš apartmán byl situován k prádelní šňůře, kde se večer zapínaly zavlažovací trysky, takže nebylo kde sušit věci z pláže. Ale myslím, že majitelé jsou ochotni a nějaký sušák by přinesli. My si poradili.

Super endroit calme, dans une résidence fermée par portail et sécurisée, mais proche des plages et magasins, notre hôte était super gentille, elle est venue nous récupérer à la sortie d'autoroute pour que nous ne nous perdions pas. Il y a tout le confort dans la location. je recommande cet endroit à 100 pour cent. Attention il ne parle pas français. Mais on peut se comprendre.

Les petits points à amélioré : Je rajouterais des gants de toilette, des produits ménagers et une plus grosse cafetière à l'italienne, et peut être une séparation entre les différentes terrasses des logements pour éviter la gêne mutuelle des locataires.
