The place was incredible. Staff very nice and friendly. The Glamping place so clean and had everything in it. Super enjoyable.
We were too early for the pizza and pool season, so we missed out on that part. We could have done with some towels.

Hope to maintain the hotel during the low season.

Only the cats
We didn’t like that to enter to one tent you had to pass next to two tents, 0 privacy and bothering them. We didn’t like that we ordered 5 croissants and it took 50 minutes until we gave up. We didn’t like that you couldn’t sleep because the tents were next to a village of frogs.

For a start, the medieval town of Dolce Acqua is astonishing. Next, traveling with two daughters, 11 and 13, we couldn't praise the camp's group of play leaders enough for their tireless work at the camp site. Super engaged and receptive they made sure the kids had a great time, in turn making it that much easier for them to make great friends from a bunch of different countries. The restaurant next to the pool, a very charming musical entertainer and friendly atmosphere were among the things that made our stay within these scenic surroundings a delight.
The actual booking was a bit confusing, probably due to the English translation. Hard to be sure if we were booking a tent pitch (which is what we were after) or an actual room with beds. (However, we got what we searched for so we're happy). Also I would have hoped to be able to walk more easily in the area, especially to the nearby village of Isolabona. Turned out the narrow road leading there made this quite a risky venture, so driving was more or less necessary whenever leaving the camp site.

We loved that there was someone from the management on site to speak to till late
Faciities and grounds were outdated, uncomfortable, unclean and nor properly thought out

Not responsive staff from the very first day of booking.
We wrote them multiple times, NO ONE ever replied to us. We had concerns, after paying a reserving the so-called “empty spot”, we had questions, which never got answered. I do not recommend this customer experience to any traveler.

The pool is nice for kids, but deep (for non swimmers)
The street to get to the tent seems s little bit dangerous, a lot of holes and bold, lose stones.
The personnel is sometimes rude (I got served 2 burnt croissants and when I was asking the guy from the bar kindly to get brighter ones, he just mumbled "Madonna" and rolled his eyes)
The washing rooms weren't always clean.

I love the kindness of the staff. We had unexpected situations and they were very accommodating and helpful. We had the nicest neighboors.
The bathroom cleaner is so hardworking. I didn't got the name but whenever I see her working, even if I can see in her eyes that she's tired she will still smile.
Ain't about the camp but the drivers of the line bus 7 (since we didn't bring cars) were so kind and gentle. The bus stops are just in front of the camp.
I already expected it but if you don't have a private transpo, it's really hard to reach it.
It was not written but you should bring your own electric extender (wire) since it is not automatically provided by the management. We were told buy our own so we ordered online (stores are far and we don't have car atm) and it came the next day.
Some of the items sold by the camp are overpriced, I can understand that because there is no competition in the area since the centre is 20 mins walk. But I wish they lower the price for the people that go there and have a low budget (ain't telling we didn't afford it, but it could be more economic).
I would suggest that the garbage separations should be more strict. I saw the food remain bins were filled with plastic and other items. Maybe the camp management could fix it by putting other bins beside it since the guests don't follow it.

The pool in the mornings was lovely and much quieter. Good facilities for camping overall. The staff in the campsite shop were lovely and it was great you could order fresh bread and croissants everyday.
Our plot had very little shade, it was by the road and at the end of the car park which was noisy and we should have had a water faucet but we didn’t. The bar didn’t serve wine by the glass and the restaurant ran out of white wine! More showers would be a bonus.

You are in nature and was a beautiful experience
When booking, only wooden huts were shown, without understanding that it is only a tent site. So you book only tent site and must bring the tents themselves. For this, it would have been nice from the beginning to insert pictures where you can see the tent sites. You can only see once you have booked.

Small camping, easy to reach, nice tent
A lot of construction works going on, a bit noisy because of that.

The view from the campsite was lovely and the surrounding towns and villages are very accessible, luckily for us.
When we arrived the pool was empty for maintenance and the restaurant was closed for two of our three nights stay. We were never warned of this before arrival. We asked for a discount on our stay and the hostess rolled her eyes at me. There was no manager whenever I asked. Basically to feed or entertain the six children in our group we had to leave the campsite every day. I understand things don’t always go to plan and the problem with the pool needed to be fixed but the lack of customer care here was like nothing I ever experienced. Not the stay we planned for, or payed for.

Predatory pricing (on Booking) and false information (20-30 euros for a night on their website, 88 euros on Booking; FYI, 30 is their highest price for high season). They don't respond to emails or calls, and no reservation cancelling even though they know that people might make mistakes when they see that the place offers beds (they don't). They give you an empty space without electricity and wifi, and force you to buy camping equipment (their website says they'll rent you everything but upon arrival, you must buy a tent (70 euros) and sleeping bags/beds (25/15 euros) and you can't even park there or sleep in your car for Christ's sake). It makes sense for anyone who has rented the place via their website and comes prepared for camping (it's a cheap place), but not for people who want to sleep there for one night. Very bad experience.

Bar by pool was ok :)
Camp did not match our expectation at all! For almost € 100 per night for camping pitch we even did not get whole place 40 m2,but were offered half od somebodys place...for check in we waited almost an hour...Staff was unfriendly...and there is only one pool not two...you have to park your car outside of the camp and parking lot is terribly situated.Wondering why camp was so packed...Will never come back ....

Bungalow deluxe carino e particolare.
Letto in cucina molto scomodo, impossibile dormirci.
