Casa DINO Camporosso

The romantic town of Camporosso is located about 5 km north of Ventimiglia and is a picture-perfect example of a medieval Ligurian town. In the area around Camporosso, in addition to olives, the best Ligurian red wine—Rossese—is grown; you can taste it at various restaurants or directly from the producers, along with other regional specialties.
The spacious 75-square-meter living area is spread out on one level, featuring a living room with an adjoining dining room and a large, ground-level terrace; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a four-burner stove, and an oven, as well as a refrigerator and freezer; a children’s room with two single beds; a bedroom with a large double bed; and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with German satellite TV. Parking spaces are located next to the vacation home. Heating is provided by a German-style oil-fired heating system.
The nearest airport is Nice. It is served by daily flights from many European cities. For example: Cologne/Bonn – Germanwings; Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf – Lufthansa; Dortmund – EasyJet. From Nice Airport, the house is just a 1-hour drive by rental car.

Camporosso is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides into the Ligurian hinterland. The mountain village of Pigna, about 12 km away, offers rest and relaxation in its sulfur springs. For day trips in the surrounding area, we recommend Sanremo, the Hanbury Gardens in Ventimiglia, Menton, and Monte Carlo, among others. Nice, Cannes, and Genoa are also easily accessible in a single day.
For dining, you’re in good hands in Dolceaqua with its pizzeria and restaurant. If you’re looking for top-notch fine dining, it’s worth making a trip to Monte Carlo or Sanremo.
