Italy-a touch of dolce vida

Super friendly staff. Family owned. Wonderful to have crops growing outside. Fantastic sea view of sea & hills from the flat and nearby golf club, which belongs to the complex. San Remo was close enough to enjoy and had everything you needed, and the markets on Saturday and Sunday were a pleasant surprise.

Great place to relax and good location to French Riviera cities.

Beautiful area, great apartment, nice and big terraces with so nice view. Golf club next to apartmenr with option to get breakfest in morning. Area is very quite and relaxing. Owner is very kind and helpfull.

Road to apartment is a bit scary for those who haven’t used to narrow roads in mountains but we already used to them 😊

Absolutely amazing 10/10

Located up on the hill above San Remo, a beautiful property with stunning views. Rooms immaculate with everything you may need. Great WiFi and very good air conditioning. Great bed and fantastic bathroom. Safe parking on site. Only 10 minutes drive to the city center. Golf course across the road. Gabriele and Graziella are wonderful and so lovely to deal with.

Super Apartment in San Remo, away from the madness of the town Centre.

Excellent Apartment on Ground Floor, which was fully equipped. Our particular apartment had parking immediately outside. Great location away from the madness of traffic in Central San Remo, which suited our stay, as we were planning a day relaxing after several hectic days in Rome.

Initially a bit tricky to find, even with Sat Nav and Google Maps, but once you know the road it’s great.

Our welcome by Gabrielle was fantastic. Family owned which you good feel. Close to the golf course were you could have a good breakfast with a nice capuchino. You can park safe and store your extra luggage safe. Also for bikes there was room.

Not negative but the location is 5km up the hill outside of San Remo. Nice and quiet with a great view.

Exceptional

Very nice and clean apartment with a very beautiful balcony view. The apartment had all the necessities with any appliances needed for everyday use. In addition it was not too far away from the town centre and you are able to take a very nice walk down the hill through the heart of the old town and have a gorgeous adventure. The owner is very pleasant and welcoming, always available to help with any inquiries. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back !

It was really nice to stay there.

It had a very nice atmosphere , friendly owner. The rooms were clean , well furnished. The view was amazing. Quite neighbourhood… Our patio faced towards the Mediterranean Sea from the hill side. It was a pleasant experience.

Nice stay

We stayed in the most recently built part of the property. Everything was new and very clean, and the view over the golf course (from the parking lot behind the accommodation) was surprising and very nice. Gabriele gave us very good advice about the area. Both him and his mother were kind and welcoming. A bit out of the beaten track and very good value for money.

Amazing discovery

The property is amazing, located next to the Sanremo’s Golf Club. The environment is excepcional, in the mountains with a sea view at the end. The staff is very nice and kind. The bedroom is excellent, really clean and new. We would definitely repeat.

Bellissima struttura moderna e funzionale nella zona alta di Sanremo, in un contesto di grande tranquillità a 10 minuti dal centro cittadino.

Pulizia, qualità dei servizi, accoglienza e disponibilità davvero eccezionali di Gabriele che ci ha trattati come amici più che come ospiti. Gentile, disponibile, ospitare. A lui va il più sentito grazie per averci accolto e fatti sentire a casa.

Magnifique expérience et leçon d’humanité….

Accueil exceptionnel.gentillesse extrême de toute la famille. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture et tout le monde s’est mis en quatre pour nous trouver un garagiste et nous avons été dépanné immédiatement. Merci merci !!! La dame nous a accompagné en ville avec sa voiture personnelle car la notre était hors service.

Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi. La posizione se arrivate con l'auto è strepitosa. Bellissima vista sul mare e Sanremo. Attaccato al golf club. In 10 minuti si è in centro. L'appartamento è luminoso e perfetto per le famiglie.

Es war ein warmer und freundlicher Empfang, sehr modern eingerichtet und alles was man benötigte war da. Tolle Aussicht ins Tal hinein und auf das Meer. Fahrt in Zentrum und zu den Restaurants sowie Supermärkten ca. 15 Minuten.

Gabriele, der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Aussicht über Sanremo mit Blick aufs Meer war wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Top Unterkunft

Personal mehr als höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten erst ein Tag später als gebucht anreisen, wir durften dann ohne Extrakosten ein Tag länger bleiben. Das ist schon Klasse. Auch das Appartement war super und die Lage, war auch Klasse. Abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem alles schnell und gut erreichbar.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Runterkommen mit super Aussicht, mit extrem guten Gastgebern UND Mitarbeitern. Es fehlt an Nichts und wenn doch, wird sofort gehandelt. Wir waren mit Hund da. Auch das alles ohne Probleme und alle super lieb. Da merkt man die italienische Gastfreundschaft. Kurz: Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in schöner Lage mit perfektem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Mille grazie für Alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Struttura a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Sanremo,appena in collina.Silenziosa e con una vista unica sulla città e sul mare.Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza in un appartamento a piano terra con tutte le comodità possibili,compreso il fatto che avevamo a disposizione il parcheggio davanti a casa e uno splendido terrazzo dove mangiare e godersi il panorama.In casa non manca niente: dagli accessori in cucina,alla lavatrice,alle lenzuola e agli asciugamani morbidi e profumati.Nel giardino che circonda la struttura c'è la possibilità di accedere al barbecue (con zona dedicata e tavolo per mangiare) e alla jacuzzi.Golf Club limitrofo.Gabriele è un meraviglioso padrone di casa,educato,discreto e sempre disponibile per consigli e qualsiasi necessità.Complimenti!

"La Dimora dei Re è un vero e proprio gioiello! L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile, il soggiorno è stato straordinario grazie all'ambiente nuovo e pulito: accessoriato di ogni confort (camera spaziosa, letti comodi, aria condizionata, TV con la possibilità di guardare Netflix, spazi esterni per godere di sole e relax, ampio parcheggio) concede una permanenza comoda. È situato vicino a Sanremo, ma allo stesso tempo, la posizione della struttura concede di vivere un'atmosfera semplicemente incantata e immersa nel verde curato e quieto. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale è stato l'oste Gabriele, che ci ha omaggiato con fiori e limoni freschi del suo splendido giardino. Un gesto di estrema gentilezza e cortesia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Best een stuk boven San Remo maar een aangename mooie accommodatie.

Vriendelijke eigenaar, mooi uitzicht, rustige locatie, mooie tweepersoonskamer, schoon en modern en goede bedden.

Het was toch verder van San Remo dan we dachten. Klein weggetje omhoog met haarspeldbochten en vele scooters. We hebben het een keer gefietst maar dat was eigenlijk niet te doen. Dus dan is het afgelegen. SAN Remo vonden we erg leuk en het fietspad over de oude spoorbaan is geweldig!

Prachtig appartement naast de golfbaan van San Remo met mooi uitzicht

Modern ingericht appartement met zeer goede bedden, 2 airco’s, 2 T.V’s wasmachine en balkon. Gastvrije ontvangst en niets was teveel gevraagd aan de gastheer. Regelmatig kwam hij langs om citroenen en courgettes te brengen. Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht naast de golfbaan van San Remo. Prima ligging voor uitstapjes naar Monaco en Nice.

De route er naar toe vanuit San Remo gaat over een drukke smalle bochtige straat omhoog.

L'endroit : au calme, loin du tumulte urbain. Confortable, propre et bien agencé (appartement). Avec vue sur vallée et mer (on voit la corse lorsqu'il n'y a pas de brume maritime !) Le personnel : Gabriele et la famille (l'employé idem) aux petits soins et toujours prêts à rendre service ou à conseiller... Super !
