Spotless, spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment. Friendly, responsive hosts. Dogs are welcome. The parking area is located right next to the apartment building. The neighborhood is quite noisy, but the soundproofing in the apartment is very good. Two neat balconies with a table and chairs face the quiet courtyard with a beautiful tree. There are air conditioners in every room. We are satisfied and recommend this lovely apartment.
Regarding the apartment. A few small items for the guests' convenience were missing: a shoehorn in the entryway; a whisk, a grater, and a kitchen knife in the kitchen; a shampoo shelf/rack in the shower stall; ironing board (but they do have an iron). Regarding the neighborhood. Exiting the parking lot is quite difficult due to poor visibility. There are no green areas on the street for walking dogs.

La casa perfetta, nuova, accogliente, pulita con tutte le comodità, curate nei minimi particolari. Anche l'ubicazione, strategica, sia vicino al mare che ai servizi e tranquillamente raggiungibile, con una piacevole passeggiata al centro città. Stefano e Silvia persone d'oro, sempre chiare e disponibili per ogni informazione

Parkplatz war nicht dabei obwohl was dort stand Parkplatz möglich müsste extra Parkplatz bezahlen und das 10 min entfernt.die Vermieterin war in 2 min weg wo sie uns die Schlüssel abgegeben hat Habe das Gefühl das sie das wüsste
