It’s a very nice place!

Excellent location! In the center of the city. The apartment has a good size. It was clean. It’s been upgraded, and with lots of natural light. Simone was great! Always checking on us, and very attentive and responsive every time I contacted him.

The building is very old. The staircase is dark and not very safe carrying luggage up and down.

Beau logement mais peut mieux faire en terme de propreté pour le prix payé

L’emplacement très bien situé. La décoration moderne et la luminosité entrante dans l’appartement. Les lits très confortables. L’accueil pour notre chien. La climatisation fonctionnelle.

Le manque de propreté, les draps n’étaient pas vraiment propres. Des tasses usagées avec le fond de café sec non lavés que l’on a dû laver par nous même. La cafetière avait de la poussière de café qui avait moisi. Le dessous du lit de la chambre du haut avec des chaussettes sales et un amas de poussière plus que visible. L’eau de la douche qui même au maximum du côté chaud était tiède ou froide. Pas de papier toilettes à notre arrivée ce qui est une première dans mes expériences mais nous n’avons pas payé de taxe touristique, geste commercial du propriétaire donc arrangeant.

Soggiorno a Sanremo in ottima posizione!

Tutto. L'appartamento è molto bello, curato nei dettagli, ben attrezzato e in una posizione fantastica in centro paese. Gli infissi consentono un'ottima insonorizzazione. A pochi passi dal lungomare. Anche la stazione si può raggiungere con una passeggiata a piedi. Il proprietario molto gentile, mi ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per accedere alla struttura.

L'unica cosa è che c'era un po di odore di fognatura che risaliva dal bagno, ma non essendo una casa indipendente non so se il proprietario possa fare qualcosa per risolvere il problema!

Un très bel endroit, idéalement situé pour visiter la ville! Niché dans une petite rue typique en hypercentre, le logement est propre, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont à disposition. Notre hôte était très disponible et agréable ! Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons !!
