Sanremo stay
The apartment is very bright, spacious and cozy, with a wonderful view of the city (because it's located on a hill - 20 min walking from the city center). + amazing view; + free parking space; + kitchen has everything you need; + amazing coffee machine.
- being situated in a garden, we confronted ourselves with some ants during our stay (in each room - maybe an insect spray with 1 day before guests' arrival wouldn't be such a bad idea); - we had only half roll of toilet paper (which was kind of insufficient due to the fact that we had to stay there for 3 night...); - no shampoo nor shower gel provided (just the liquid soap from the sink); - there are various insects killed on the toilet wall which makes the image a little bit weird; - Wi-Fi doesn't work very well (you are unable to watch a movie on Netflix), but for scrolling on Maps/Facebook, etc. it's fine.

É una casa semplice con vista bellissima in mare e montagna, è abbastanza grandicella da ospitare 6 persone ed è molto ordinata.
L'unico difetto è la posizione sia a piedi che in macchina è difficile da raggiungere le strade hanno salite lunghe e strette con la moto va anche bene però in macchina è difficilissimo, poi del resto va tutto bene.

Zona tranquilla,appartamento ampio,pulito, ben arredato e con tutto ciò che serve a rendere il soggiorno perfetto!!Vista veramente bellissima ed ampia sulla costa imperiese! Francesca molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronta a dare informazioni e risolvere ogni problematica.Comodo anche il posteggio sotto casa! Speriamo di poter tornare a soggiornare il prima possibile!

Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement était parfait, la tranquillité était au rendez-vous. La vue que nous offre l’appartement, de jour comme de nuit, est fabuleuse. Le centre ville reste très facile d’accès en voiture et non loin de l’habitation. L’hôte est très communicative et très sympathique ce qui nous a permis d’apprécier encore plus notre séjour. C’est avec assurance que je recommande ce logement.

Amareggiata...basta poco per....fare la differenza
Pulizia, arredamento, panorama e parcheggio
La descrizione....a due passi dal centro è falsa!!!! Soprattutto è obbligatorio specificare che è molto scomodo raggiungere il centro sia per la necessità di auto inevitabile sia per trovare successivamente un parcheggio...a due passi dal centro... significa che lascio l'auto davanti casa e in 2-3 Min con strada in piano come nel centro...lo raggiungo.... invece è raggiungibile a piedi solo!! Per chi ha un buon allenamento e 0 problemi di salute e sicuramente impiegando diverso tempo. Inoltre con queste temperature e con la cifra pagata anche se specificato il check in alle 15....ho la certezza che non occorrono 4 ore di pulizie dall' uscita del precedente ospite. Più volte e quasi sempre ho ricevuto altri alloggi con diverse ore di anticipo.
