In the green sunny, quiet, convenient area, close to the sea and the center WIFI

We really enjoyed staying at Olgas nice house and after walking up and down the hill from the beach, we are more that fit :-) It was really clean and Olga was so friendly, calm and nice. We were received by her sister Laura who is also very nice but a bit of a motormouth :-) but only speaks italian. The only sad thing about our stay is you cant see the view from the terrase or house. When you walk out the garden gate you have a breathtaking view of the city, the shore and the mediteranean sea, but not from inside the property. But all in all a wonderful stay.

The place (property) was perfect, everything was in line with the description e.g rooms, bathrooms, equipment etc. but there is one more think that is more important to me- amazing atmosphere created by the property owner which is so friendly, open and very very Italian (all the best to Laura!). I would like to recomend that place for group of friends or families with children. Dogs are very welcome so do not hesitate and visist San Remo.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Veranda so much. Miss Olga, our host, was such a delight. She was very proactive in communicating with us regarding our arrival and departure times. This made for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. She was also very attentive to our needs, always ready to go the extra mile in helping us with all matters, even those not related to our stay at her place, e.g. extra supplies, restaurant suggestions, transportation options, etc. Since we stayed in the summer, Miss Olga even made sure that there is a fan in each room to ensure our comfort. The property itself is a quaint two-storey apartment that can easily accommodate eight people. You need not worry about the basics during your stay since the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a flat iron, one full bathroom, a half bath, and of course, a fully functional kitchen which makes for great savings if you plan to cook a lot and eat out less. Clean towels are also provided for. Just a heads-up: the property is located up the hill — which totally has its charm, but this might be too much for older people who are not used to the extra cardio. All in all, we had quite a memorable, albeit short stay at Casa Veranda thanks to Miss Olga's hospitality. Grazie mille, Miss Olga!

Wer sich einen komfortablen Urlaub wünscht, soll sich für dieses Haus nicht entscheiden. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Anblick des kleinen Gartens erschrocken. Alles war absolut unordentlich und dreckig, auch das Gartenmöbel. Das Haus selbst ist in Ordnung. Alles Nötige war dabei. Das Schlimmste war der Weg zum Strand. Von der Nähe zum Zentrum und Strand kann man kaum sprechen. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum braucht man ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei der Hitze macht es keinen Spaß. Besonders weil der Rückweg bergauf verläuft. Mit dem Auto zum Strand zu fahren ist möglich, lange Parkplatzsuche darf man dabei nicht vergessen, man muss schon viel Glück haben, um eins zu bekommen. Wir haben das Haus für 8 Tagen gebucht. Und schon nach 2 Tagen verlassen und ins Hotel gezogen. Das Haus ist für sehr junge Leute eher passend.

Wir haben sehr schöne 3 Tage in San Remo. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Vielen Dank!

Die Vermieterin informierte uns am Anreisetag per E-Mail detailliert über den Anfahrtsweg zum Haus, der über eine breite Straße führt, Parkplätze sind direkt vorm Haus vorhanden. Das Objekt hat Hanglage und ist alternativ nur über 2 steile Wege erreichbar, zu Fuß, mit der Vespa oder einem kleinen Auto. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht aufs Meer kann man allerdings nur von der Straße aus genießen, auf der Terrasse schaut man lediglich auf eine Mauer. Den zu Fuß etwas beschwerlichen Weg nahmen wir gerne in Kauf, versprach die ruhige, abgelegene Hanglage doch beste Erholung. Von Ruhe konnte man leider ab der 2.Woche nicht mehr reden. Nebenan (Doppelhaushälfte, Vermieterin ist Laura Ausset) zogen 12 Jugendliche ein, welche die Nächte lautstark durchfeierten. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken, trotz der Bitte der Vermieterin, auf Rücksichtnahme änderte sich nichts. Nach 3 mehr oder weniger schlaflosen Nächten waren wir froh, abreisen zu können, während die Partymeute nebenan um 5 Uhr im beleuchteten Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse verstreut zwischen Schnapsflaschen, bei durchgehender Musikberieselung komatös schlief. Wenn Objekte Ruhe versprechen, jedoch gleichzeitig an Jugendgruppen dieser Größenordnung vermietet werden, ist der Ärger vorprogrammiert. Familien (womöglich mit Kleinkindern), die nachts schlafen möchten, sollten sich nicht für diese beiden Objekte entscheiden.....Schade...

Ce fut un séjour agréable, dans un quartier calme et paisible et très proche de la ville ! Nous avions vue sur tout Sanremo. Excellent

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza . Tutto come descritto sul sito. L' appartamento e' provvisto di tutto. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla essendo la via percorsa solo dai residenti. Molto bello il giardinetto della casa dove si puo', per chi lo volesse, anche mangiare o semplicemente prendere il sole o riposare. Gentilissima la proprietaria .
