This is a spacious, renovated, and sunny apartment with a sea view, located just behind the Casino—an ideal spot for exploring the city. Step down to Piazza Eroi Sanremesi to find the market, restaurants, cafés, shops, the cycle path, beaches, and cultural attractions. The two large bedrooms—each with a spacious terrace and air conditioning—allow for the option of renting individual rooms. The fully equipped kitchen (featuring a stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, drip and espresso coffee makers, toaster, and kettle) comes with all the utensils and tableware needed to prepare meals in comfort. There is a dining room with a relaxation area and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Above all, large windows flood the entire space with natural light, creating a bright atmosphere and offering panoramic views of the sea and the city. To ensure maximum guest comfort, the apartment includes Wi-Fi, three flat-screen TVs, a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board and iron, double glazing, independent heating, and bed and bath linens. Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are included (though billed separately for long-term stays); the tourist tax and the cleaning fee (which includes a change of linens) are excluded.

The apartment was great. The photos of the apartment are completely accurate and Ezia was a great host! She went above and beyond to make our stay in Sanremo great. Note that there is no WiFi in the apartment.

I stayed in the apartment with my husband and daughters (ages 10 and 8) for 4 nights in June of 2016, and we enjoyed our experience very much. The location is easy walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches, and its right in the hustle and bustle of the town. The apartment was large and comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the water from the master bedroom balcony. Communication from Ezia was excellent, and she was warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable with every part of our stay. Thank you Ezia, we hope to be back!
