Terrible - not working AIR CONDITIONER

We spent two days at the end of may but we were shocked because of NON WORKING AIRCONDITION. Owner son ( owner does not communicate in english) said that is because not summer season now. I booked AIRCONDITIONED room. We had almost 30 degrees during day and minimal temperature 23 in the night with high humidity. We could not sleep comfortable and in addition local trains coming very noisy which will wake you up about 5 - 6 am. I have contacted booking complain NON WORKING AIRCONDITION but owner of property did not want to cooperate to resolve the problem. There is no kettele in the studio, no instant coffee, no even smalll bottle of drinking water. We paid 80 euro per day, total 160 and we had terrible stay. Be aware.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was a perfect fit. Had everything that was necessary for our needs. Balcony was very pleasant. Market, restaurant, beach all within 3 minute walk.

Good place to stop over the weekend. For those who do not need luxury but appreciate tidiness.

Absolute cleanliness. Very polite hosts. Family owned business. Perfect location for us with free car parking and "spiaggia libera" in 2 min walk. Old town is just 15 min walking distance. Small market with fresh bread, croissants, fruits, salads etc. just in front of the hotel. Small Kitchenette with frige was very clean and equipped with all you need to prepare your own food. Airconditioned small apartment with small balcony.

check out at 10 AM. Too early for us...who likes to sleep longer on Sunday morning)))

STOPOVER IN BORDIGHERA, ITALY

View of the shoreline & med. Having my car garaged & retrieved. Hot shower. Extra blankets for a chilly night. Walk to Reserve Restaurant for super dinner. Jetons for coffee machine. Courteous Italians are always a refreshing change from the "en ne peut pas" francais.

Jour de l'an 2026

La résidence est équipée d'un ascenseur. Elle est très propre et bien équipée : vaiselle, casseroles/ poêles, gaz, frigo. Le lit est grand est confortable (pas mou). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. L'eau de la douche est chaude. Le studio était bien chauffé (en Hiver). La résidence est équipée d'un parking privé. Elle placé à 15' à pied du centre ville dans un sens et à 15' à pieds du jardin exotique dans l'autre sens. Nous avons tout fait à pieds pendant 3 jours. Surplombant la mer, la vue est magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil et parle francais. Je reviendrai faire un séjour plus long en été.

Il y a une voie ferrée qui passe entre la mer et la résidence mais ça ne nous a pas gêné. Peu de train y circulent.

Personnel sympathique et serviable. La chambre était propre et pratique. À 15 min à pieds du centre. La vue est jolie dans les étages supérieurs.

Le bruit des trains qui passent proche. La décoration est démodée mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

Schöne, angenehme, sichere Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht, kurzem Weg ans Meer, aber nicht ganz ruhig

Für 2 Personen eine grosszügige Unterkunft mit 2 Toiletten und Duschen. 2 Klimageräte, 2 Fernseher, angenehmer Balkon mit unmittelbarer Meersicht. Gesicherter Parkplatz und Hauseingang durch einen Portier oder Türcode. Kurzer Zugang zum Hausstrand, in 50m Entfernung ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. In 10 Min. zu Fuss an die grossen Strände von Bordighera und mit mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöne Altstadt in 10 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen, viele Restaurants in schöner Atmosphäre. Toller Ort für einen Ferienaufenthalt, auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in das Hinterland oder an der Küste, speziell den Küsten-Fahrradweg von Ospedaletti nach Imperia (ca. 31 km oneway).

Es ist nicht immer ganz so ruhig, vorne fährt der Zug ab und zu durch und hinter dem Haus ist die Strasse mit der "italienischen Geräuschkulisse" von Auto, Bus und lauten Motorrädern.

Fin leilighet med bad og vaskemaskin, kjøkken , aircondition i begge rom og to balkonger. Også plass til en tredje person på ekstra oppredning. Rett ved flott strand. Engelskspråklig personalet

Støy fra lokal gjennomfartsvei Få restauranter i nærheten . Dyrt på stranden med leie av solstoler og parasoll Men man kan også gå til fri strand, rullesteiner men gratis og veldig fin bare 1 minutt fra hotellet.

Bardzo fajni właściciele .Bylismy samochodem więc parking był dla nas bardzo dużym udogodnieniem. Blisko fajna plaża można dojść do portu, do sklepu 500 m gdzie zaopatrzenie jest ok i ceny również,lokalizacja moim zdaniem rewelacyjna. Samo miasteczko urocze. Polecam serdecznie

Entspannte Ostern - Nahe Meer, Altstadt und gutem Essen...

Eine Superlage, sehr saubere Wohnung mit toller Aussicht - Minuten vom Strand. Einige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und nicht weit zu Fuss von der Promenade. Genug Platz für 2 Personen, sogar mit 2 Badezimmern, was sehr praktisch war. Die Besitzer sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Parkplatz vorhanden, sehr sicher, überwacht. Kommen gerne wieder!

Super Geil

Der Gastgeber hat auf uns gewartet bis 23:50, weil wir sehr große Stau im Schweiz hatten. Die Betten waren frisch und sehr bequem. Alle Sachen für Kochen waren auch da. Sehr entspannte Check-in. Wi-Fi war auch sehr gut. Zusammengefast: Natur, Ortschaft, Gastgeber, Essen, Wetter war alles Suuuuuper!!!!

La propreté de l’appart… les équipements… L’hôte est très aimable … nous a offert une bouteille d’eau … des cafés … nous a aidé à porter nos bagages…la vue … magnifique!

La résidence n’est pas assez insonorisée .. du coup nous entendions le train qui passait à 60 m … les véhicules de très bonne heure … ma mère qui a 78 ans a eu froid car pas de chauffage…
