A well need break and great place to have it!
Great accommodation for small family who expect to do so local visits and tourism. It was winter during our visit but the property had a good outdoor space for warmer months.
The location to the beach is good, but the property sits between a railway line and main road with a lot of noise, but for this value it is tolerable

Moderne, propre, et securisé parking dans la rue juste en dessus.
Il manque dans la salle de bain des accessoires pour poser produits de douche, linges, trousse de toilette etc.... Quelques prises supplémentaires pour charger seraient utiles lorsque il y a 3 personnes dans le logement.

pour un nuit c'est très bien
La disponibilité pour avoir les clefs; la petite terrasse extérieur. la propreté de l'établissement. A 500m à pieds, le village de Bordighera est vraiment joli. l'on trouve des restaurants accueillants, bon à un prix abordable. je recommande la pizzeria Saraceno et le bistrot dont j'ai joint les photos, vraiment bien.
la situation géographique à proximité de la voie ferrée et pas de vue sur mer, comme énoncé dans l'annonce. le contact avec le propriétaire très formel, pas de relation amicale, dommage pour un établissement de (particulier). on peut néanmoins recommander l'établissement pour des gens qui ne souhaitent pas faire de rencontre.

Loft intimo e accogliente
Struttura nuova e curata nelle rifiniture. Ci sono 5 piccoli loft che possono essere collegati fra loro attraverso l’apertura di una porta in modo da creare spazi per famiglie o per più persone. C’è un piccolo angolo cottura ed un frigorifero. Impianto di climatizzazione/riscaldamento molto efficiente. Tutto pulitissimo, l’host Federico è molto accogliente e disponibile. La spiaggia è a due passi ed il centro di Bordighera è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi in 10/15 minuti di passeggiata.
Lo spazio nel bagno è davvero poco … si raccomanda attenzione alle persone particolarmente robuste. L’accesso ai loft è attraverso una scalinata non particolarmente comoda, per eventuali ospiti di una certa età o persone con mobilità ridotta.
