Excellent location on the beach. Very clean and modern facilities.

No blackout curtain in the bedroom. Towels not soft. They need to use softer in the wash.

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Very stylish bathroom. It is completely equipped. Some nice display features. Next to the beach. Free parking.

The apartment is located next to the railroad, so during the day time trains pass frequently. The building, the apartment is located in, has seen better days, definitely needs some TLC.

Exceptional

We like the location . It is 2 min walk to the beach . A big bonus is; on the beach their is a restaurant La Capannina which offers sun bed and excellent food . Mirella the host is a very nice and friendly super host. The Appartement is spic & span clean. You don’t feel a single dust when barefoot on the floor. The flat is perfectly equipped., modern and beautifully furnished . The kitchen has all you need( we just had breakfast and ate outside lunch & dinner though . The dish washer is a big plus for those who will cook more. I could highly recommend La Gaviota . I give Mirella‘s Appartement a 10.5 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Splendid week in one of the most beautiful places

The apartment is really comfortable: two balconies with a sea view, a well-equipped kitchen connected with a sitting room, a cosy bedroom with a wide and comfortable bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is also quite spacious with a good shower. It was a real pleasure to say ‘good morning’ to the sea while opening the automatic blinds every morning😊. The railway does not cause any problems as the trains pass not very frequently and there is an access to the sea without any crossing. The sea is located at about 2-minute walking distance from the apartment. There are two private beaches and a lot of space for relaxing at the sea for free (public beach with showers). One of the shops with local delicatessen is located nearby (4 minutes to walk, only cash accepted); the supermarkets and the city centre are at about 20-minute walking distance, but we did not feel this distance as the way was along the beautiful sea coast, port and villas. The bus stop is close to the apartment- we went to Sanremo twice ( 15 minutes to drive). At the apartment we were welcomed by the treat - a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits and some snacks. It was really pleasant. Later our hostess brought very delicious plums. At the apartment we found spaghetti, sugar, salt, tomato pasta, tea and coffee, mineral water.

The time passed too quickly.

Appartement confortable,bien situé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue sur la mer est agréable même si la voie ferrée proche gâche un peu le paysage.

La voie ferrée et la rue assez passante ( voitures,camions) mais peu de retentissement sur la qualité du lieu.

Rilassante e accogliente ambiente per weekend al mare

Ristrutturazione recente molto funzionale,ottima dotazione di strumenti di cucina microonde compreso, bagno ampio e comodo. Posto auto gratuito. Vista mare .wifi ottimo e gratis. Torneremo.

Leggermente decentrato rispetto al centro di Bordighera ma non eccessivamente.

Een comfortabel, schoon, licht en zeer compleet appartement met de mogelijkheid om buiten op t balkonnetje te ontbijten

Super dicht bij zee en ook een restaurantje pal aan zee, n klein stukje lopen naar een prima plaatselijk levensmiddelenwinkeltje en het gezellige stadje met ruime boulevard en treinstation op loopafstand.

De accommodatie is comfortabel en compleet maar je moet wel tegen de drukte van langsrijdend auto- en treinverkeer kunnen.

L'appartamento si presente super moderno e molto accogliente, l'arredamento è perfetto e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Non manca nulla, c'è tutto dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice, microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè... la vista è impagabile, vale da sola l'intero soggiorno. Anche la posizione è ottima, in quanto con 20 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro di Bordighera. Inoltre se non ci si vuole spostare così tanto intorno comunque ci sono ristoranti, bar, gastronomia, insomma i servizi necessari. Ottimo anche l'accesso privato alla spiaggia libera, praticamente in 10 metri si è in spiaggia. La signora Mirella e la signora Manuela molto disponibili.

Un appartamento ristrutturato con gusto e pieno di dettagli inaspettati

L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato con gusto e intelligenza. Tutto era straordinariamente efficiente e talmente pulito che abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere stati i primi ad entrare nell'appartamento. Abbiamo anche preso spunto per qualche accessorio che metteremo nel nostro piccolo appartamento in affitto. Un'altra piacevole scoperta è stata la città di Bordighera che avevamo visto passando con il treno e invece è una bella città, ordinata, pulita, piena di alberi, palme e fiori. Abbiamo trovato un ristorante nella parte alta che ci ha fatto leccare i baffi (addirittura il tiramisù era migliore del mio!) con delle delizie da non credere, ma soprattutto ci ha colpito questa splendida cornice fatta da viuzzi, terrazzini, archi, palazzi storici perfettamente tenuti. Abbiamo anche casualmente conosciuto l'assessore all'urbanistica e all'ambiente a cui abbiamo potuto fare i complimenti. Insomma una serie di coincidenze piacevoli e positive. Ritorneremo.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer! Mein Freund und ich haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist auch unglaublich nett. Die Wohnung kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Appartamento arredato con buon gusto e molto funzionale. La sig.ra Mirella ci ha accolto con gentilezza e attenzione. Graditissimi latte, biscotti, caffè, acqua e caramelle. In cucina non manca nulla. Bene anche la camera da letto e il bagno. Comodo il posto auto Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno fantastico, la consiglio a tutti.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita, super arredata. Pavimento riscaldato che non è da sottovalutare, tv con Netflix incluso, camera con vista sul mare, condizionatori. La signora ci ha fatto trovare anche le cose per la colazione, e tutti gli accessori per il bagno (shampoo, piastra, asciugacapelli ecc) e ci ha accolte subito al nostro arrivo. Insomma tutto perfetto.
