Two-room apartment with air conditioning, on the 2nd floor of a quiet building with an elevator, right in the center of Bordighera, just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach. The apartment, which has been completely renovated, is very bright, features a comfortable terrace overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele—Bordighera’s main street—and is equipped with high-quality windows that minimize street noise. The property includes a reserved parking space for one car, just a short walk from the building entrance, in a shared parking area accessed through a gate. Parking is very important because it is extremely difficult to find a parking spot (and practically impossible during peak season) within a 1-kilometer radius of the apartment.
A bar, pharmacy, bakery, and many other shops are located right outside the front door, and the Carrefour supermarket—open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—is just a 5-minute walk away. A short walk takes you to the picturesque medieval village (Bordighera Alta) with its bars, romantic little restaurants, and summer events at the Spianata del Capo.
Enviable location: less than a 5-minute walk away is the bus stop for routes to Ventimiglia (westbound) and Ospedaletti/Sanremo/Imperia (eastbound). The train station is the same distance away. The apartment is the ideal base for exploring western Liguria, with its charming medieval villages, the sea, and the mountains; for relaxing on the beach, enjoying water sports, or taking beautiful hikes in the nearby Maritime Alps; as well as for exploring the French Riviera.

Die Lage ist super, sehr nah zum Meer und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung.Voll ausgestattete Wohnung,direkt in der Stadt und 2 min Fussweg zum wunderschönen Strand.Für jung und alt ist für jeden was dabei.Die Gastgeber sind immer und zeitnah für einen da,wenn es um Tipps und Informationen geht.Grazie tanto!
