loved Bordighera nice town with lots of walking paths

Belle ville, très belle région, front de mer superbe. Très bon séjpur !

Emplacement dans une petite ruelle à proximité des commerces et à moins de 200 mètres de la mer qu'on peut voir de la fenêtre de la chambre.

Impression globale très positive, propriétaire sympathique et arrangeante. Pour vider la voiture et porter les affaires à l'appartement, il faut s'arrêter devant la gare et faire environ 200 mètres à pied avec tous les bagages... S'agissant d'une maison traditionnelle, les pièces ne sont pas très grandes et monter à l'étage avec des bagages volumineux n'est pas très commode. Comme dans toutes les villes de la région, le stationnement est très problématique : location du box vivement recommandée !

Logement très agréable...surtout si vous êtes mince et confiant

- La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile mais s'effectue exclusivement par messages. - La position du logement est idéale, à côté de la gare centrale et de nombreux commerces - Le logement est de taille très convenable et dispose d'une grande terrasse très agréable - Le lit est confortable, mais pourrait être plus grand

- L'accès au logement comme à l'appartement se fait uniquement par code électronique. Par conséquent, n'oubliez pas le code quand vous sortez ! De plus, aucune manière de sécuriser la porte d'entrée autrement qu'avec le code. Celle ou celui qui a le code peut entrer n'importe quand, ce qui n'est pas rassurant quand on ne dispose même pas du nom de la propriétaire. - La douche est vraiment trop petite. Etant de grande taille et de forte corpulence, je ne rentrais pas dedans ! pas commode pour le prix... - Le parking le plus proche, situé place de la gare, est payant mais l'horodateur fonctionne quand il le veut. En revanche, les policiers municipaux passent souvent et vous mettent des amendes ! Il vaut mieux se farer le long de la promenade de la plage ou ailleurs...

Veramente una bomboniera

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con cura e gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto. La posizione è strategica vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro. La signora Maria Elena è gentilissima.

Unterkunft ok, aber nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen unmittelbar via Whatsapp antwortet. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und liegt sehr nahe am Strand und direkt am Bahnhof. Keine zusätzliche Gebühr für Hunde. Kinderbadewanne vorhanden. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung wird als familienfreundlich angeboten, ist aber nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Es gibt kein Zustellbett oder die Möglichkeit eine Matratze neben das Doppelbett zu legen (Platzmangel). Es gibt eine steile, rutschige Treppe im Haus, wo Kinder leicht runterfallen können (absperren geht kaum). Gleich beim Eingang gibt es eine weitere steile und schmale Treppe. Da mussten wir den Kinderwagen jeweils mit Mühe hoch und runter tragen, was super unpraktisch war. Weitere eher schwache Punkte: Die Parkmöglichkeit ist in einer Garage, die aber 6 Gehminuten vom Appartement entfernt liegt. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher (sei nicht üblich in Italien...). Internet war eher schwach. Checkout-Zeit wurde mehrmals gewechselt (und per Mail und per Whatsapp werden andere Zeiten kommuniziert).
