Very nice place with a beautiful view and a really helpful and friendly host. Close to the city and perfect location to start any other visits in the area. Relaxing time on the terrace for breakfast with great seaview as well as calm down in the evening. Mille grazie again, Gabriella 🙏 ☺️

I was absolutely delighted with this location! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a little corner of paradise. The view is simply divine – a breathtaking landscape that makes you forget all your worries. Whether it's sunrise or sunset, the scenery is a perfect 10+, like something out of a postcard. Everything exceeded my expectations: the atmosphere, the attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the extremely kind and professional staff. Every moment spent here was a joy and a true source of relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in a stunning setting, where every moment becomes a precious memory. I will definitely return!

Everything was good and beautiful! The apartments are very clean, the rooms are large, you have absolutely everything you need in the apartment: microwave, cooker, TV, mini kitchen!The view is phenomenal and the location itself! The garden is full of palm trees and lemon trees! Wonderfully! There is also a private parking! And the owners are so nice people and are very pleasant! Gabrielle is a wonderful woman, who was at our disposal at all times, very pleasant, kind and radiates positive energy! We are planning to vacation there next year as well! Any recommendation from us!

Beautiful view over the Mediterranean

This is an apartment in an apartment complex built on the steep hills of Sanremo. The owners also run the apartment. Every apartment has its own terrace that has an amazing view over Sanremo, the Mediterranean and the hills. Each apartment comes equipped with a small kitchen and all utensils you need for cooking. A thing to take into account is that it lies just outside Sanremo and can (practically) only be reached by car, or taxi. Free parking is avaliable at the apartment on the hill. You get your own keys to open the gates.

Everything was simply perfect. Hosts were more than kind and helpful. For me and my wife probably the best stay ever. View from the apartment is something you simply won't forget ever. Additionally for us cyclists, a short but nice and intense ascent on road leading to the apartment was simply supplement to perfection. We will for sure come back there!

Great value for the money

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights, on the recommendation of a friend, and we have enjoyed it very much. The view is absolutely breathtaking, you can sit on the terrace of you apartment while having your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The place is very clean, equipped with all you need, and the hosts are incredible nice warm people.

The location can be accessed mainly by car and is a bit far away from the beach.

It is an amazing location: from the coast you could see all the city and you wake-up everyday with the sea in front of your eyes. The hosts were very kind, always helpful with anything and spoiled us with a lot of threats. We could feel just like home considering all the facilities (you have everything you need in the kitchenette, washing machine), and in the same time we felt really safe (considering that we traveled during the pandemic), always sparkling clean. One of the few accommodations where you could see that in reality it looks better than in the photos.

Super place to stay while spending time in Sanremo. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, free parking with lemon trees around and an incredible view. We got stuck on the road and managed to get to the place for check-in around 11pm but the owners - sweet Italian couple - met us warmly and made us feel like home. Will definitely stay there next time.

Vista magnifica, giardino stupendo, curatissimo. Parcheggio con viale di alberi di limoni. Stanze con riscaldamento, cucina attrezzata. Tavolo per pranzare all'aperto. Host Gabriella gentilissima, assieme al marito.

Sublime petit week-end.

L'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires , la propreté de l'appartement . La vue magnifique sur la baie de San Rémo.

Le chauffage un peu long au démarrage, la 1ère nuit a été un peu froide il faut dire aussi que cette nuit là, il y avait un fort vent glacial. C'était le seul petit bémol.
