Villa Itati

Nydelig og godt utstyrt villa med fantastisk uteområde og utsikt. Rolig område nært fin badestrand. Supert utgangspunkt for turer til Sanremo og andre utfluktsmål.

De prachtige uitzicht, het zwembad, het huis in zn geheel, complete keuken, de ac in de woonkamer en de slaapkmers, het aantal badkamers en douches, de verschillende zit-mogelijkheden rond het huis.

De spraakverwarring tijdens het ontvangst en check-out. Benito(aardige man) had een translator wat via whatsapp zou moeten gaan. Dat ging niet goed. We waren best moe bij aankomst en bij de check-out waren we in de terugreis-mood. Verder was de zonnescherm bij het zwembad te klein en helaas te weinig ligbedden vanwege de ruimte. We hebben op de afgesproken dag vuilnis weggebracht, maar daarna hadden we nog vuilnis die we op de laatste dag nog moesten wegbrengen.

Great pool with breathtaking view. 5 min walk through the tunnel to beach. The beach is with soft sand which perfect for children. We are 3 family with 5 children.The kitchen has everything we need to cook. The refrigerator is big enough for 11 people. 10 min drive to Sanremo center and 5 min to The mall outlet.

The wifi doesn't work well in the big suit. It restart every 5 min automatically. We have 3 cars but only got 2 remoter for the door and private street. And one doesn't work... Its quite annoying to bring the remote downhill and climb up. At 2nd day house keeper give us a new one which still cannot open the toll in front of private street. At 3rd day finally he came and give a good one. My advice: 1 remoter for each car. We seperate all the trash and put downhill as quested during our stay (Sunday-organic & mix,Tuesday-organic & papier,Thursday-organic & plastics). However when we check out, we still been asked to put the last trash downhill to make sure we don't leave any trash in this house. I thought our rental should including final clean fee! When we put the trash, one local people don't allow us to do that coz the check out day is Tuesday, we should not put the plastic trash out. I really don't unterstand but we did what the house keeper said to get our 1000 deposit back.
