I forgot my sports watch in the room. I took a while but they where very friendly and they send it back to my address in Belgium without charging any costs. They were very helpful, I would certainly recommend a stay over there!

bon séjour

très bel emplacement en plein coeur de la ville non applicable : pas de petits déjeuners prévus lors de la réservation

le CHAUFFAGE de l'appartement : nous avons eu très froid surtout pour un séjour fin décembre : radiateurs en fonte ne fonctionnant qu'à partir de 8H du matin pendant une à deux heures puis coupure et en fin d'après midi une mise en route forcée vers 18 h car nous avions froid (obligés d'aller sur la terrasse où se trouvait la chaudière) chauffage qui se coupait de toute façon à 20 heures

Apartment in sehr guter Lage mit Potential.

Ein extrem schlechtes wackliges Bett mit sehr dünnen Matratzen - habe auf der Couch geschlafen. Badezimmer riecht stark nach Kanalisation und Feuchtigkeit- der Geruch zieht mitunter durch die Wohnung. Apartment strahlt eine Nüchternheit aus - kein Wohlfühlen und Komfort.

Break in San Remo!

Emplacement incroyable, près de tout: plage, marché, casino... Appartement très calme et très propre. Appartement décoré d'oeuvres originales et dont l'artiste n'est autre que la talentueuse Ksenya!

Nous étions 4 mais pas des couples...donc dormir ensemble ce n'est pas facile!

Piacevole e rilassante. Da ripetere!

Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa seppur centrale, a un passo dalla spiaggia, dai negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e locali. Ottima pulizia. Host gentilissima e sempre disponibile a fornirci indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno.

Androne e scale da “rinfrescare” essendo un bel palazzo d’epoca.

Ottima posizione. Servizi, pulizia e modernità dell’appartamento: una volta entrati ci si sente subito a casa. L’ambiente è tranquillo e l’host è molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze. Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato!

Alles Super, jederzeit wieder!

Perfekte Lage: Zentral, vernetzt aber doch entspannt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich lieb und liess und super willkommen heissen! Wirklich alles perfekt, und dabei noch zu einem so guten Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Es gibt kaum Beschwerden. Einzig die Dusche schien nur Kaltwasser zu haben und der Wasserdruck war allgemein nicht sehr stark. Diese Nachteile sind aber kaum von Bedeutung, da der Rest der Wohnung und des Aufenthalts wirklich perfekt war.

Отличные апартаменты, светлые чистые, всё необходимое есть как для кратковременного так и для долгосрочного проживания... Даже есть ортопедические подушки, что просто восхитило меня, потому что я нуждаюсь в комфорте всегда! Квартира расположена на 4этаже,есть лифт и удобный заезд с чемоданами, поднимать их не нужно) в этом же доме есть два ресторана с хорошей кухней и недалеко кофейня... Всё в пешей доступности, пляж 5мин ходьбы, по дороге есть лавка с мороженным, грузинский ресторан и порт, где до 11.30 можно купить свежие морепродукты... Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Ксении, помощница во всем и всегда на связи 🥰нам Sanremo понравилась очень, чисто, ухожено и нет попрошаек, пьяниц... Ну вы понимаете о чем речь-рекомендую очень этот город и эти небольшие, но уютные апарты

Единственный минус, это шумно когда носятся скорые помощи с сиренами и когда в ресторане начинается уборка посуды, очень слышно их
