Lokacija je bila super. Ko smo prišle je bi lepo počiščeno.
V kuhinji manjkajo kuhinjski pripomočki (nekaj jih seveda je). Kavč ni preveč udoben.

De locatie van het hotel is werkelijk fantastisch. Op een hele mooie plek in het dorp. In combinatie met het privé strand aan het Gardameer heb je alles wat je nodig hebt om een prachtige Italiaanse vakantie te hebben. De medewerkers van het hotel zijn ontzettend gastvrij.
Ontbijt is niet uitgebreid, maar wel lekker en met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en een uitstekende bediening.

Staff is helpful (when they are in-house). Free parking nearby. Good central location to visit all the small towns around by car. Wifi works well. AC lowers temperature in room fast. Private free beds at beach are a nice extra.
Tip: electric charging of our car was possible at the Neogy Charging Stations in town, but the ones next to the hotel were unfortunately out of order. For Dutch people: no app needed, easy use of ANWB card.
Important expectations versus reality check, if you’re aiming for a romantic long-stay with your partner: we intially booked the standard double room (without balcony) for 9D8N in June because of the ‘modern’ feel on the pictures, high ratings and relatively low price, but eventually experienced the following:
1) room Moniga 101 is quite small for a long stay and gives a ‘nineties dentist’ kind of feeling and missing hooks (outside the closet) to dry swimming clothes and towels. So we used eventually other objects in the bathroom as a hook.
2) AC was set fixed on 24 degrees Celsius, but can manually temporary be lowered (to 16). Nevertheless it turned automatically off within an hour on the lower temperatures, so at night we woke up (because of the heat) every couple of hours to turn the AC back on. It broke all of our nights and 'fixes' by the staff did not help. The AC light is by the way lightening the whole room at night.
3) Minibar in the room does not have a freezer.
4) Some mold in the shower and door of bathroom is not closing properly. Shower head needs a replacenent and upgrade as well for this money.
5) Dusty under the bed. The bed is very low to the ground and differs from the pictures (so cleaning is anyways difficult).
6) Beach requires quite of a walk back up the hill, so if you went there to cool-off, you will be sweaty on your walk back to the hotel. Use your car and spend some money on the parking cost near the beach. Tip: use Easypark app.
For a romantic long-stay with your partner, please spend a bit more money and go elsewhere. Maybe the bigger rooms with balcony can soften the experience of all the above, but no garuantee based on our stay. We left a day earlier to sleep over night elsewhere to close of our holiday more luxurieus.
