A nice green weekend far away from the caos

many limitations for dogs, maybe it would be better not to accept them directly, since they cannot go anywhere (neither in the breakfast room with us, nor we could enjoy the swimming pool for this reason)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool next to the property allows for a peaceful relaxation. Close to Lake Garda. Peaceful environment.

Rooms on the opposite side of the pool do not have the option to open windows. We expected more from breakfast based on the pictures in the accommodation presentation.

The rooms and furniture are very old, the whole structure is old and old-fashioned, very noisy and stinky rooms, the food was simply horrible, fortunately the the bred was fresh! Not a 4 star hotel, only 2!

Pool and breakfast where very good

The restaurant food choices was not good plus you had to book a table one day before. There was no bar in the evening to have drinks. We had to use pizza restaurant across the road for this.

Very nice and small hotel with fantastic restaurant. It has a free parking near the premises. We loved the customer service from the very beginning until the end (Thank you Erika!). Amazing view from the restaurant. It's a good place if you want to play golf as the golf-course is 300 m away! Room was big, clean and we had everything we needded. Everything was amazing!

No bar, no more pizza' s in Pool bar at 14:00 Pool bar was sometimes closed. While bringing in own drinks in the room is forbidden. Room only reachable via stairs (no elevator) Poor help to reach the room from reception. Very noisy road on sunday

No outdoor facilities at the room. No courtyard view (as was promised on booking). Actually no view at all, window was blinded… Saggy mattress… 120 EUR per night for that room is the worst Price-quality ratio, I have ever seen

Nice hotel but not 4* standard

Nice pool, easy parking, beautiful scenery and views, breakfast was good (good spread).

Hotel feels old, our room had curtains that wouldn’t close so so was extremely bright from sunrise, staff were ok but didn’t necessarily show excellent customer service, we were refused an iron in the room “for safety reasons” and then they tried to charge us a laundry fee to iron 2 items of clothing. Annoying and not the service I would expect from a 4* hotel.

Ottima soluzione e posizione. Soprattutto per noi che eravamo in zona per giocare in due campi da golf che erano raggiungibili molto velocemente! Ottimo contatto da tenere a mente per prossimi weekend golfistici e non solo. Già inoltrato anche ad amici golfisti. Apprezzata anche disponiiblità ad anticipare la colazione per esigenze "golfistiche"

Sinceramente l'unica pecca che ho riscontroato è stato nel sevizio di rifacimento della camera.

Ruhige, niveauvolle Unterkunft am Gardasee

Die Lage, unweit vom Gardasee und sehr ruhig, kein Trubel. Der Pool und die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Wir waren nur eine Nacht und können nicht viel bewerten. Das Motorrad hatte einen guten Parkplatz. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der netten Dame an der Rezeption begrüßt. Das Frühstück ist äußerst gut, aber abends haben wir "fremdgegessen" ..., ca.30 Meter entfernt ist eine super Pizzeria 😋. Unser Zimmer war ebenerdig und wir waren somit gleich in der Anlage mit dem Pool.

Molto relax.

Bella la piscina e la vista sulle colline circostanti. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, mentre il bagno era molto comodo e grande.

Il buffet della colazione era davvero molto ricco e con tante cose che avremmo voluto provare. I tavoli sulla terrazza all'aperto erano anche molto belli, peccato che ci fossero tante api che hanno reso difficile godersi il momento della colazione.

Purtroppo ci sono delle problematiche nella gestione del personale, praticamente inesistenti, che non sanno fare le camere,ma la cosa più grave è che le camere al piano in basso non hanno le finestre e quindi puzzano di muffa e non ci si può soggiornare a maggior ragione se il tempo non è bello da stare in camera
