The location is amazing. The appartment is in the center of Cita Alta, right next to funicular. The owner is responsive and ready to answer and help. We had issue with hot water (the boiler was turned off), and he immediately resolved this and allowed prolonged check out so we can take a shower. Also, you can leave your luggage in the community area until you leave.

perfect location in the old town of citta alta, gorgeous view (room 3), decent price
the blanket didn't have a cover and it was dirty...It should have a cover and be changed with every guest..

Super location in the upper town. Nice coffee capsules or sharing kitchen
Very basic room. Detached bathroom which was fine, you have to walk on the main corridor, but on the last morning the cleaner was inside our bathroom using the staff room and it didn't feel nice. Quite noisy there is no soundproofing in between rooms or the street. The cleaner arrived early in the morning like 8am and started making noise as well as moving around glasses bottles on the floor several time. Very unpleasant.
