The apartment was beautiful, with nice decorations and accessories. The host kindly allowed to check in early and gave us a few local tips which were much appreciated. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the apartment is located only a few minutes from restaurants and the lake. Definitely recommended

The best view you can have in Perast. The terrace was amazing with breathtaking views of the bay. The property is having the necessary utensils to cook if needed. In addition there is AC. Recommendation- there could be a sticker which electrical switch should not be turned off so that the boiler is working all the time. We did a mistake one of the nights to turn off everything and in the morning we had to wait for the hot water.

I don’t like leaving bad comments but for me the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement especially in the bathroom. We booked it in the last minute and I am not sure if the owners could react, but still- the bathroom seemed as if it was not cleaned. For some people ( especially with knees problems) it could be a challenge the stairs you take to get to the room from the main part of Perast. For young people it is all fine.

I had an absolutely beautiful stay. The view is beautiful as is the apartment. I wish I had had more time to relax at the balcony. Friendly and helpful host.

There are quite a few steps to go out and come back. For me the location and view was worth every step.

The flat is really nice and spacious. The balcony is fantastic and the view is unbeatable. The location of the flat is perfect. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful waterfront of Perast.

The communication with the host was bad from the beginning. It was not directly on site and over the phone it was as if he did not feel like spending the time for his guests. We arrived late in the evening and could not find the flat. The host sent us a few photos which didn't help at all. After I said that I was tired and starting to get angry, the host sent us an old man who helped us. However, communication with the old man was extremely difficult. We don't know Serbian and he couldn't speak English. It also says that parking is included. To me, this means that the parking space is part of the accommodation. This was not the case. We had to wait on the main road until a car drove away and we finally had a parking space. When I booked our accommodation, I told the host that we would like to bring our e-mountain bikes. I asked if it would be possible to store the bikes somewhere safe. The host said that I could leave them on the balcony. However, he didn't tell me that you have to climb about 500 uneven, steep steps to get from the street to the accommodation or from the accommodation to the waterfront. I don't find that upright. The kitchen utensils all stank. The kitchen was minimally equipped. After finding only one pot, we asked the host if he had a 2nd one. No answer. The description says that a coffee maker is included. We couldn't find one. The host then told us that he had to remove it because it was too complicated to use. The Wi-Fi worked great for us. But we had to share it with our neighbours on the lower floor. It didn't work for them for the whole stay. The host did not help the neighbours to get the Wi-Fi to work.
