Pathetic! Scam. I suffered a lot in Paris.

I had no opportunity to even taste their breakfast. I was denied access to the facility even after making full payment. I was literally locked out of a paid for accommodation and left to suffer in a foreign land.

I liked nothing! The owner is inhuman and a liar! He did not deserve to refuse to give me the keys just because I had not made the security deposit earlier. I was ready to pay the deposit there before entering the house but he went missing.

Very pleasant stay. Peaceful and spacious

Peaceful, very pleasant, clean and spacious studio with high ceiling. Fully equipped. I had a great stay. The location is super convenient with many stores and transports around. The host was responsive and very helpful. Overall, I had an excellent stay for my short trip to Paris!

Close to shops and train lines

The pictures are edited together and not same with the reality. Cleaning is charged separated but is not clean at all. The towels are very used and dark colour and hair everywhere.

I was there on a business trip and didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but I had no complaints.

The staff was nice, check in and check out was easy. There were no complications. The metro station is nearby.

1. Location was good and nearby Metro station. 2. Abundance of shops and cafes around this place. 3. Xavier refund the deposit immediately without reminders 4. Had kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast and felt comfortable

1. Arrival time request sent through Booking.com was not received by Apartment. I had to send multiple mails and call before I receive the keys 2. Need to take lot of troubles to create a Paypal account and transfer safety deposit to Xavier. He was not willing to take iDeal or Cash payment. Lost 10Euro in transaction fee as one of the option suggested by Xavier was not appearing for me, in Paypal. Also the refunded money is stuck in Paypal, as Paypal cannot link to ABN Amro bank and they don't allow you to make other payments without linking Bank or Debit card 3. Very old apartment and NO name board. It had a narrow open pathway. Not suitable for tourists who would expect Hotel kind of set-up 4. No bed. Sofa needs to get converted to Bed by yourself 5. Curtains are long enough to cover the heater and you will feel lot colder in room unless you find a solution to keep the curtains up above the room heater 6. Very small bath tub. It will fit only teenagers and adults will find it risky to get into it 7. Night I stayed, had an incident. Firemen knocked my door at 1:30 AM and checking where is the fire? I was fully panicked despite tiredness of roaming around. It took 2 hours for me to calm down and sleep later Overall it was a horrible experience for me and I would not recommend this apartment for tourists. It could be a good fit for local work force looking for temporary budgetary accommodation.

If I go back to Paris, I'll probably choose the same apartment. It's great for this price.

Location quite good. Subway station's close. 20 minutes by subway to Luvr directly. To the Eiffel tower about 30 minutes. To Versailles 40-50 minutes by train. Near a lot of fast food. Very close to the Franprix supermarket, and opposite a very good bakery with baguettes, bread and croissants. Equipment of the apartment a little old but everything works: TV, wi-fi, electric stove, microwave, kettle, heating. On the first floor there is a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed downstairs. For two people it is perfect, in four people it would bea little worse.

In the apartment we found a dirty carpet, but luckily there is a vacuum cleaner (although it pulls poorly). We were in January and it was very cold when we went downstairs in the morning. But after a few minutes of heating it was getting better If you want to check in at a different time than the one indicated, you must make an appointment in advance. You may have to wait for the manager until she gets back from work.

Acogedor, seguro y muy céntrico a las estaciones de metro y buses, como a los sitios donde comprar o alimentarse

Lo cercano que estaba el metro, supermercados y restaurantes, nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros. Tenían bien equipado para poder desayunar o preparar algo rápido de comer.

Los zancudos que entraron en la noche, puesto que con el calor que hacía en esta temporada dejamos abiertas las ventanas.

Le pire de mes expériences Booking.com depuis de très nombreuses années

Il aurait fallu énoncer dans la description, clairement et précisément, qu'il faudra s'acquitter d'une caution de 300€, encaissée et qui sera remboursée a posteriori, et que le prix sera augmenté, une fois la réservation faite de 35€ de ménage !! Et si l'on ne paie pas avant, on ne reçoit pas les conditions d'accès ! Bref, ce genre d'arnaque est inadmissible sur Booking.com

1. Апартаменты были чистыми, уютными, со всеми удобствами. 2. Удобная кровать, 3. Оборудованная всем необходимым кухня. 4. Недалеко был большой продуктовый магазин, а также пекарня с изумительными круассанами. 5. В пешей доступности есть сквер для прогулок, а если проехать на велосипеде через мост можно попасть в огромный парк. 6. Приветливый хозяин и персонал апартаментов.

1. Нужно внести залог 300 евро перед заселением, это прописано в правилах, я не сразу это понял, поэтому пришлось повозиться, чтобы перевести деньги. Нужно соблюсти это правило, тогда проблем не будет, деньги должны вернуть, если после сдачи всё будет в порядке. 2. Далековато о центра, ехать к Эйфелевой башне минут 30 (нужно заложить это в бюджет, так как такси в Париже дорогое или пользоваться общественным транспортом). В центре цены совсем другие и больше суеты, поэтому цену считаю очень хорошей для Парижа.

Une honte hors de prix

Le logement est proche de la gare bercy, les commerce dans la rue sont sympas, l'arret de bus est a côté.

Les propriétaire mentionnais que l'on pouvais donné la caution par virement ainsi que paylib. Ce n'etait pas le cas, étant chez LCL les virements depuis l'étranger (je vis en france) ne sont pas possible, ils ne peuvent pas utilisé paylib et refusais d'utiliser paypal, c'etait que via un site etrange. Les 300 euro vue l'etat du logement son honteux. Pas de quoi laissez sechez la vaisselle, moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain, une humidité CONSTANTE nous obligeant a laissez au quotidien les fenêtres ouverte pour pouvoir respirer. La baignoire est juste DANGEREUSE j'ai failli me cassé la jambe plus d'une fois c'est impossible de l'utiliser sans perdre l'équilibre. Les housse des oreillers sont dangereuse j'ai failli m'etouffer dedans elles sont en plastique. 35 de frais de menage supplémentaires et il est franchement pas terrible, des couverts sale ranger, de la poussière sous les meubles, au vue du prix on pourrais s'attendre a avoir du savon dans la sdb, même pas. Obligé d'attendre plus de 30 minutes devant le logement pour récupérer les clef alors que nous avions bien prevenu de notre heure d'arriver et donner des info sur l'évolution de celle ci ainsi que des informations contradictoire entre les propriétaire par message et la personne nous ayant donné les clef. C'est juste honteux un logement a ce prix, avec des frais supplémentaires pareil et une caution aussi élevé pour un appartement miserable et extrêmement mal isolé phonétiquement (on entendais le voisin du dessus ronflé). Fuyez.

Bardzo dziękuję za miłą gościnę

Wygodne łóżko, wyposażona kuchnia, kawa, herbata. Mogłam sobie ugotować z produktów, które znalazłam w szafce w kuchni. Korzystałam z żelazka i parasola.

Nie byłam w stanie połączyć się z wi-fi. Niestety sąsiedzi hałasowali w nocy i budziłam się z tego powodu.
