Haven of well-being in the heart of Paris. Treat yourself to a stay in Paris in this peaceful, healthy and design apartment with a central location for your business trip, studies or internship (MOBILITY LEASE only, 1 month min and 10 months max).
The apartment is close to the Gare de Lyon (5 min by taxi, 10 min by metro, 19 min walk), close to Bercy (10 min walk), Paris Cité University, Cours Saint Emilion / Bercy Village and the Bois de Vincennes (10 min by metro). The metro is 6-8 min walk.
This apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the courtyard. It offers an entrance, an independent kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with toilet.
The apartment is equipped with an anti-pollution air cleaning system that filters allergens and fine particles.
You will also find a yoga mat, a Tibetan bowl, an air humidifier / essential oil diffuser, shower gel, shampoo, ecological cleaning products.
The work desk is height-adjustable and suitable for sitting and standing.
The kitchen is well equipped to facilitate a healthy diet: steamer, 2 blenders for smoothies and for general cooking, hob, refrigerator, Delonghi espresso machine, kettle, crockery, pots, kitchen utensils, mini thermos to take away your coffee or coffee.
You can park easily on the street in the parking spaces (paid Monday - Saturday 8am-7pm) or in the nearby underground parking lots (Zenpark and others).
The area is very pleasant to live in with shops (including bulk, organic, local producers as well as Auchan, Carrefour, Franprix). The butcher and dry cleaner are 2 steps from the apartment as well as the Magic Form gym, pharmacies, restaurants, Starbucks...
Paris regulations allow us to rent this accommodation only within the framework of BAIL MOBILITÉ.
Conditions for mobility leases:
1) Duration: 1-10 months (1 month minimum)
2) You are coming to Paris to:
- Vocational training.
- Voluntary commitment as part of a civic service.
- Professional transfer.
- Temporary assignment as part of the professional activity.
- Higher education.
- Apprenticeship contract.
- Internship.
The signature of the Mobility Lease and a deposit of 500€ will be required to move into the premises. A certificate from the employer or educational institution will be required to confirm the reservation.
