About this apartment rental
SMALL STUDIO of 9m2 optimized. The bed is a sofa bed, which can accommodate one or two people 80x200 or 160x200.
Television and Wi-Fi available. The shower room and toilet are private, you will not share it with other people.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
The accommodation
The studio is located near Paris 20th, in Bagnolet on the Montreuil side. The metro station is Robespierre on line 9.
My accommodations are located in a small condominium. The accommodations are non-furmeur, outside you can enjoy a small table and two chairs.
The 9m2 studio includes a separate shower room and toilet, but does not have a kitchen.
The accommodation offers:
- an 80x200 or 160x200 sofa bed that can accommodate one or two people. Simply pull the bench
- Wall storage
- a wardrobe
- Books to distract you
- a microwave
- a coffee machine
- a kettle
- a small fridge

Bed linen and towels (1 per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.
If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have a parking space.

Delivery places (with yellow dotted lines) are free from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays.

The Robespierre metro station is a 5-minute walk away. This metro line crosses Paris and serves several tourist places:

It’s a good property if you are only looking for a place to sleep. There is barely enough space for 2 people, but it is good for one person. The list of items is accurate. Little smell of humidity and mold.
