Private Room Pré-Saint-Gervais

The location is really good. It is very close to a metro station, which can get you to all the attractions very fast and easy. The host (Stefan) was incredibly nice. I was able to do my laundy at the property, and Stefan even offered to put it on the drying rack for me. I was unfortunate enough to strain my ankle while in Paris, and Stefan offered me painkillers, and to help me get to the hospital. Stefan was incredible.

While my stay at the property was incredibly good, I should mention that the cleanliness could be better.

房间干净整洁，床很舒服，入住流程简单方便。房东回复消息很快，位置也不错，靠近地铁，出行很方便，性价比很高。

整体体验很好，没有特别需要改进的地方。如果能提供更多衣架或一个小垃圾桶，会更加方便

Le ménage est fait, mais l’endroit est tellement vieux que c’est insalubre.
