This apartment is total waste of money

This apartment is very dirty don’t book this apartment you can’t sleep good the bed is not comfortable , the toilet is very dirty and smell bad the window do not close well , the tower is very dirty the gas cooker it’s not clean and very slow please don’t book this apartment my body is full of rashes I got from the bed bed sheets and towers

I don’t like anything the host should renovate the apartment eg the window the bed and toilet

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Everything, Apartment is dirty, with so many stains in the way, toilet has very terrible stain in it, kettle is terribly dirty inside I we didn’t dare to use it, kitchenette is dirty including cutlery and fridge. Beddings has mould stains in them, room has a terrible smell. I can go on and on. It was a hell of an experience.

Bad location and difficult to reach. Paid for 3 nights, but left because we did not feel safe. Ask for money back for at least 1 night, but host did not even replied. Place smelled bad and toilet was broken. Photo's of apartment was not what was advertised. Mail send to host and no answer. Good day. As a result of unsafe conditions, rooms smelling to smoke and poor public transport, we decided to find another place to live closer to the city. I am asthmatic by nature and the stuffy room is not good for my chest either. With the fact that you advertised it as a smoke-free area, we trusted that the area was fresh. Hope you will understand this and take it with a good heart We put the key back in the box. Is there a possibility that we can get a part of our money back please, with the fact that we didn't stay there?

The room had heating in the bedroom and the bathroom though no A/C

The old and untidy Kitchen ware, the bedsheets were also old. The bed was too soft and seems reclining towards the headrest.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque d’hygiène évident : beaucoup de poussière, des traces de gras sur les murs et autour du lit, ainsi qu’un réfrigérateur sale. Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, ce qui est inacceptable pour un séjour. Des crottes de pigeons étaient présentes sur le rebord de la fenêtre, ce qui renforce le sentiment de négligence. Le voisinage était particulièrement bruyant, et nous avons également remarqué des points de deal au sein de la résidence, ce qui met mal à l’aise et ne permet pas de se sentir en sécurité. Expérience très décevante, je ne reviendrai pas.
