Bad communication with the host. Key pickup in another location.

-The check-in time was from 15:00. But we did not get check-in instructions until we arrive at the door and attempted multiple times to contact the host at 18:00. It turned out the keys were in a separate location in another street. We waited at the door after a long journey to go again to another location to retrieve the keys. It was extremely inconvenient. -The pots and pans in the kitchen were very dirty and greasy, so we could not use them. -The bathroom and the room were very unclean. It is not properly maintained.

Unique, Memorable and Convenient....

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was very clean and we received this cute apartment in the attic. It was a new experience for us. The kitchenette was convenient and all the utensils were supplied. The electric equipment worked perfectly well.The room comprised of heating and two fans as well. Everything necessary was provided in a little space. We were lucky enough to hear the rain drops splatter on the attic windows during our last night which made it a memorable night in Motreuil. The metro station was just at hand and it was very easy to access our destinations. I should also mention that there are shops and supermarkets near by to buy all the stuff necessary.

L'emplacement du logement dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la ligne 11 du métro

Le manque de propreté du mobilier : tiroirs et placards sales. J'ai préféré renoncer à cuisiner. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant mon arrivée. J'ai dû appeler la propriétaire qui est venue le faire le soir de mon arrivée. Les murs de l'immeuble sont mal isolés, on entend les voisins parler. Une seule chaise pour un logement qui accueille 2 personnes. Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de papier toilette.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas le nécessaire de ménage (balai, pelle, serpillère seau) a rendu le nettoyage compliqué même durant le séjour. Rajouter encore des ceintres. Une petite cafetière. Des draps de rechange, plus de serviettes.
