Excellent, bright accommodation with fast line to central Paris
Super responsive and helpful hosts, apartment is very spacious, and close to metro line 11, which is very fast and takes you right into the centre. Full kitchen with 3 hobs and oven also very useful, as I was self-catering while travelling for work. Comfortable bed, building has been beautifully renovated. I've stayed in a lot of places in Paris, and this was one of the best by far.
A lot of water did get on the bathroom floor while showering, fully soaking the bathmat and leaving a puddle, but this usually dried if I left the extraction fan on while out during the day.

Nada recomendable
Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor y esto no se informaba en Booking. Llegar después de todo el día fuera y tener que subir tantos escalones no es agradable y el edificio tenía aún dos plantas más arriba. La escalera más sucia que la calle, nunca la limpiaban. El apartamento también tenía polvo acumulado en diversos sitios como debajo del mueble de la habitación o del baño. No hay suficiente almacenamiento para colocar la ropa, no hay ningún armario, solo un burro de ropa con 4 perchas y para dos personas se quedaba escaso. La mampara de la ducha es muy pequeña y se salía el agua continuamente. Quizás esto es intencional para que pidas más toallas y las pagues aparte. A la cocina le faltaban elementos básicos como papel de cocina/servilletas, bayeta, y más menaje de cocina: solo había un vaso y una taza disponibles. Otro serio problema fue el WiFi. Hay una red WiFi disponible por planta, compartida entre los 4 apartamentos que hay por planta. A mitad de la estancia empezó a dar problemas y no teníamos acceso a internet a pesar de estar conectados y aunque nos proporcionaron las credenciales para conectar con las redes de otras plantas la señal era demasiado débil. Acabamos la estancia y no habían resuelto el problema porque por allí solo pasan los trabajadores de limpieza. Y ya para rematar, la sorpresa que nos encontramos en la escalera a mitad de la estancia y que adjunto en las fotos, que la limpiaron la mañana siguiente, pero claro, si tienen la escalera tan sucia pues normal que los huéspedes tampoco se molesten en mantenerla limpia.
