This flat is excellently located for a cheap accessible stay in Paris. It's less than 10 minutes from a regular metro into the centre of Paris, and excellently priced. It was very easy to access : the host sent me all of the details in advance, including helpful hints on the local area. The flat itself is clean and tidy, with fresh towels. During my stay Jerome kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. I was very impressed.
The deposit situation seemed a little strange at first, but was very well managed. I got my full deposit back the day I left. I have no complaints, and would happily stay again. My only tiny critique was that there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. For this price, I totally understand: I'd just recommend that people bring their own.
