Gute Ausstattung. Nette, kleine und relativ neu renovierte Wohnung. Gute Lage, ruhig und Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältniss.

Die Whonung war relativ schlecht gepflegt. Teilweise kaputte dinge (wasserhahn, Internet). Teilweise schlecht geputzt z.B. Küche oder Toilette. Teilweise wirkte die Wohnung wie letzte mal geputzt und betreten vor 6 Monaten mit 1cm Staubschicht. Sie müssen den Vermieter vorher anrufen um alle Zutrittsinformationen zu bekommen. Der Kunde muss selbst proaktiv werden. Vermieter spricht kein Englisch.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and plenty of space for clothes. The shower was good. The lady was very helpful with letting us in on arrival. Short walk to the RER station and bus stop just around the corner.

The apartment had a lack of seating that was relaxing and sensible. Could have done without the TV but with a chair! The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs which could be an issue for some. Parking could be hit or miss and we struggled to get a space as it was late on a Sunday evening. Having said that we left our car there for the week for free with no worries. The hand soap had run out so we had to buy more and there was no tea towel available.
