Buen sitio para conocer Paris.

La llegada fue rápida y fácil (llegada independiente). En todo momento recibimos la información necesaria para acceder a la habitación. Está cerca del metro (linea 8) que te deja cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Incluso llegando tarde de noche no hemos sentido inseguridad en la zona. Hay tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Lo recomendamos para unos días de turismo en la ciudad.

Tal como se menciona en el anuncio, la cocina es un espacio común. En nuestro caso, hubo otros huéspedes que no fueron limpios y no se comportaron bien.

Era molto vicina alla metro e c'erano alcuni servizi nei dintorni. La struttura era abbastanza pulita e la stanza accogliente e c'era tutto l'essenziale.

Non c'era nessuna indicazione chiara di dove fosse la cucina e non l'ho trovata🥲. La stanza era un po' piccola come anche il bagno. Avrei gradito avere più carta igienica e più bagnoschiuma/shampoo dato che rimanevo col mio ragazzo per 6 giorni e non sono stati dati abbastanza prodotti in base ai giorni di alloggio.

sur de nombreux séjours à Paris par Booking, ce fut le plus décevant

le côté pratique pour récupérer et rendre les clés, les fenêtres double vitrage qui nous ont protège du bruit. les équipements sont neufs et semblent de bonne qualité mais très mal entretenu ( crasse dans les coins à la salle de bain, tartre) la cuisine est plus propre. la communication avec les loueurs au moment du changement de chambre et puis plus de réponse aux messages... la proximité du parc de Vincennes.

la propreté, nous avons dû changer de chambre car la première était impropre à la location. dans la nouvelle chambre, le samedi soir, rodéo nocturne juste devant nos fenêtres ( cris, démarrage, coup dans le mur...) le quartier est juste à la lisière d'un quartier sympa mais il est mal fréquenté. le métro est un peu loin avec les bagages. il n'y a pas de torchon dans la cuisine on s'essuie sur son pantalon, j'ai réclamé au loueur, sans effet.les fenêtrons qui s'entrebaillent au ras de la rue ne permettent pas d'aérer efficacement.
