A good safe place to stay.
This was a very quiet place to stay, near a bus stop and shops. The room was basic, but very clean (except for a fair amount of cobwebs). I have had problems several times in other places with using codes to get in, or to get keys, but the email I got explained what to do, and it was quite simple. A very nice place!

Nie wieder!!! Interessenten können wir nur abraten. Nicht mieten!!!
Kein Frühstück zu ordern. Selbstversorger in der mangelhaften Gemeinschaftsküche. Keine eigene Küche im Zimmer.
Bei unserer Ankunft fehlte der Code für den Safe. Versuche, den Vermieter telefonisch zu erreichen, schlugen fehl. Erst mit Hilfe einer Mieterin gelang es, den Vermieter zu erreichen. Erst danach erhielten wir den Code. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Trotz schriftlicher Meldung geschah seitens des Vermieters nichts. Das Zimmer unheimlich klein. Man kam kaum um das 140cm breite Doppelbett herum. Die Matratze war ok. Es gibt zwei zweiteilige Fenster im Zimmer. Nur die obere Hälfte des rechten Fensters ließ sich auf Kipp stellen. Ein Belüftung des Raumes war deshalb miserabel. Die mangelhaften Rollos waren nur locker in der Wand befestigt und fielen beim Herablassen herunter. Das Bad hatte keine Halterung zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Die Belüftung war mangelhaft. Ganz, ganz schlimm und ekelhaft: Überall in der Dusche an den Fliesen, besonders am Einstieg, schwarzer Schimmel!!! Neben dem Fenster im Zimmer, das sich nicht öffnen lässt, an der Wand breiter, dicker, schwarzer Schimmel!!!! Ekelhaft!!! Gesundheitsgefahr!!!!! Der Vermieter wurde telefonisch darüber informiert und sollte sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen. Das tat er nicht!!!
