A quiet studio on line 6 of the metro. Near Bercy (Arena), BNF. Building guarded 24/7. Ideal for a couple and a child. 10 mins from the Seine. Line 6 allows you to visit Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe. Close to the Asian quarter. Close to the Latin Quarter, Luxembourg, Sorbonne and Panthéon. Close to Station F and BNF. 10 years of very good evaluations (Only-Apartments bankrupt!). Fiber internet access.
Line 14 and RER C to Bercy or on foot.
French version:
Calm studio on the touristic metro line 6. Gives you fast access to Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees. Close to the Latin quarter, Sorbonne and Luxembourg garden. A few minutes walk to Seine river. Very close to line 14 and RER C.
Building has a 24/7 security staff. Fast internet.

The owner was responsive. The unit had only a once-over-lightly cleaning. Overall, it was a good stay at an excellent price.

If your looking for a safe comfortable, clean place this is it, not fancy , could use a little handy work. However the kindness of the owner more than makes up for any quirks. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Accommodation was easy to access the tourists attractions by metro or walking. There were grocery stores and cafes near by
