About this apartment rental
Atypical and very charming loft studio of about 23 m² Carrez law (and 55 m² on the ground) with a bedroom area is located rue de Montmorency in a beautiful quiet street of the Marais.
It offers a bright living room with 2 exposures, an open kitchen, a bedroom area (with shower) and a small bathroom (toilet + sink).PGJyPg
It offers all the quality services to accommodate a maximum of 2 people for leisure or business trips. This bright apartment, with a low ceiling height (1.95 meters at the top of the room) and crossing, is located on the 6th and last floor with elevator (only up to the 4th floor = 2 floors to climb by the stairs). The skylights are double-glazed with blackout blinds.
In the bedroom area, the beds are placed on the floor on a bed base and measure 90x190 cm and 140x190 cm.
The assets of the apartment are the district in the heart of the Marais, the beautiful unobstructed view of the rooftops of Paris and some monuments (Georges Pompidou Center, Pantheon), the light, the double exposure allowing for draughts, its atypical appearance on the top floor under the roof with magnificent beams from an 1803 building, only 2 floors to climb on foot with the elevator to the 4th floor.
The constraints also come from the atypical side of the configuration on the roof: a beam crosses the floor (be careful not to trip at night), the ceiling height in the center is only 1.95 meters (so it will suit little people better than adults), there is a step to go down to the kitchen, the shower is installed in the bedroom, there is no door to separate the bedroom from the living room but you can use the screen if you want, The bathroom is very small, the beds are placed on the floor (on a bed base), access to the 6th floor is by a rather small staircase.
