Good location near Michel-Bizot metro, kind and helpful owner, comfortable bed, good shower, having the little kitchen was nice

Bathroom door didn’t close properly so you had to prop it closed with something, kitchen could use a couple more items (cutting board & a proper knife), Spotty wifi & the TV was stuck on 97 volume so we couldn’t use it, but those last 2 don’t matter when you’re out all day

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the subway. There’s a wonderful bakery right across the street and a Monoprix supermarket nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is small—not a luxury place—but it’s actually quite decent for the price. The host is very pleasant and friendly, and always available.

La ubicación es excelente, en el 12eme Arrondissement (Bercy), con muy buena comunicación, vía Metro y Buses, para llegar a los lugares más emblemáticos de París. Cama cómoda, el lugar es espacioso y con buena vista al jardín interior del edificio. El anfitrión, si bien no nos conocimos en persona, estuvo a nuestra disposición a pesar de que (por problemas de vuelo) tuvimos que hacer check-in y checl-out a horarios inconvenientes. Merci beaucoup et désolés de vous avoir dérangé, Monsieur!

Sugiero que, para los que gustamos del buen vino francés, haya un sacacorchos.... es un pequeño detalle que se aprecia mucho.
