Would definitely and already planning when we can stay again.

A beautiful cosy space. Very clean. Cereals, milks and snacks. Nice big shower. Our check in / out times were able to be accommodated.

Washing up was done in downstairs bathroom. This was not difficult. The bedding was lovely just a little too thick for us. Blankets provided but would have liked a lighter duvet. A car is needed if you want supply's or go out for a meal. However these were minor issues and everything else was so lovely it made up for them.

Very clean, well appointed, good parking and great hosts who supply very thoughtful goodies like milk, biscuits,breakfast foods and water. All very welcome to tired travellers. We left a cardigan by mistake and Sam arranged for it to be forwarded to us, truly great customer service from a couple who obviously care about their visitors.

Beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely little private suntrap courtyard to relax and chill out in. Milk, tea, coffee and snacks provided too x

Brilliant stay

Loved our stay at the Annex, it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed having the private garden area to play some evening games and sit out with a drink. The hosts were kind and responsive to any messages - would really recommend! Lots of great pubs and activities to enjoy locally.

A fabulous weekend retreat for us!

The property was perfect for our visit to see family who live locally - very warm and cosy. The bed was very comfy. All extremely clean and plenty of fresh towels and bedding. We had everything we needed. The host left us cereals, milk, fruit, chocolate, tea, coffee,, bottled water, etc. The area is very peaceful and our whole weekend experience was great! Thank you very much 😊

Great, quirky, and very comfortable apartment for a couple.

The apartment is very quirky, basically on top of the owner's garage, but brilliantly thought out and very well done. Simon & Sam contacted us before hand so we knew how to get in to the property on our arrival and were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. I would definitely look to book this property again if we were heading back to the Brecon area.

Nothing that we didn't like at all, although it was interesting not having a washing up sink. A washing up bowl and cloths etc. were provided, you just had to get the water from the sink in the bathroom downstairs. It was a little inconvenient but more quirky than an issues.

The property was clean, cozy and well equipped. Breakfast was provided with different options to choose from. The property location made it easy to access main hiking trails. Also it was very nice of the host to give me a lift to the train station the last day.

The bathroom took a while before warming up.

A bad nights sleep in a beautiful spot.

Having a fridge in the bedroom made sleeping very difficult as it whirred loudly all night. The photos are very cleverly taken to hide the fact the entire apartment is just an upstairs bedroom with a microwave and small breakfast bar inside it. This would be ok if it worked better logistically. You have to carry washing up down the staircase to the bathroom where the sink is a terribly awkward shape. Also when lorries pass by the entire building shakes and the headboard rattles against the stud wall.
