The room was comfortable & was just what I needed for a 1 overnight work trip. It was easy to find in a quiet location. Tea, coffee, biscuits & little extras like shampoo, tissues etc were appreciated.
I have stayed here once before & there seems to be a delay each time in getting the entry code in sufficient time. If you're away from home you want to know everything is sorted in good time before you arrive.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities in the room. Especially the fridge and microwave!
Shared bathroom didn't have a working lock.

Cheap and easy. Great instructions from the owner and very clean and pleasant.
However no lock on the shared bathroom door made it a bit uneasy as a single female staying alone.
