Perfect location to take time out of life and just simply relax

Everything! The Shepard’s Hut was beautiful presented with everything you need plus milk on arrival, which was a lovely touch! The bed was extremely comfy and the views across the valley are simply breathtaking. My hubby booked our stay last minute as sadly my dad died a few weeks ago after a long battle with cancer. We needed space to gather my thoughts and process our loss. I can’t put into words how much staying here has helped. Having the luxury of sitting out in the warm hot tub, watching the sunsetting and the stars come every night out was truly magical and healing. We planned to walk most days, and most days we just sat and watched the world go by. Such a peaceful and relaxing location. The staff we met were warm and welcoming, from the cleaning ladies, the groundsman and Phil. We will definitely look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Nice and peaceful getaway

The hut was confort especially the bed and pillows which makes hekls Oth a good night sleep The bathroom was a good size Great storage under the bed Rye garden was enclosed as described which was great for the dogs. We had enough privacy for jacuzzi when we parked the car next to it

Great views & Great value for money!

The location and views from Highland View were fantastic. Perfect for our little dog who had loads of space to play around in without the worry of her escaping. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing to use especially at night.

Bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress was quite thin. However I still managed to get a decent amount of sleep.

The place was really nice and very reasonably priced. It was completely fenced in so it was brilliant for dogs.

The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin. There was also some sort of motorsport event going on around 50m behind the apartment which started at 9am ish and went on for at least a few hours which was not very relaxing at all.
