Great stay, comfy and lots of things to do in the house

It was perfect for our mountain biking trip to south wales. Lots of room and lots of things to do. Especially liked that there was a jet wash for bikes and a washing machine because the weather was terrible on the 2 days we chose. The beds were very comfy and some had left their prime logged in so I didn’t have to put mine in

Very good

The house can keep you entertained, a dining table that converts to a pool table, video game machine and out door dart board. The house fronts onto a main road but parking is simple enough. There were plenty enough kitchen and food preparation stuff for the three of us. You can walk into the centre of Merthyr in 15 minutes and drive onto the foothills of the Brecon Beacons in a few minutes more. There is an Aldi store close by to stock up on provisions. The terrace is in a local community.

There is no real "meet and greet", you pay a refundable deposit to the owner/letter's website then you are sent the access code to the key safe which is by the front door. We enquired about arriving an hour earlier than the entry time and were quoted £10 an hour for this facility. Not a problem though it would have been good to have seen this up front so we had a good time at Cyfarthfa Castle and Art Gallery instead!

Property is cosy and nice.

Properties location is on the main road. Most important you have to leave deposit its ok, but after you have to keep asking for your deposit refund. I was waiting 14days asked to release and refund it back and i have to wait another 14days . So basically if you want wait month till you receive your deposit, you happy to go.
