Family friendly, Modern House just 1m from Bike Park Wales

The house is in an excellent location for visiting bike park wales and the facilities at the house are great for entertaining kids and storing bikes

The whole of the kitchen utensils and crockery/cutlery need changing and updating. It’s not really equipped for cooking for more than 2 people. Everything is cheap and mismatched. You should really provide more than half a roll of toilet roll for people. It’s not breaking the bank, it’s common courtesy to just leave some so people aren’t caught out and you are causing yourself bad reviews by not doing so. I’m not asking for 10 rolls maybe just 2 so people can get by before visiting the shop. Bins and bin area is questionable and the lack of bin bags explains why there rodents in the vicinity.

Location and the number of bedrooms perfect for our family.

Arcade machine did not work, and sofa hard. Light switch in main bedroom did not work, but one behind the headboard did.

Great location for our trip to bpw, nice and clean base.

Parking, but just being picky!

The property was easy to find, has all the things we needed to cook, wash, sleep etc.

On arrival I message the property to ask where the bedding and towels were for the friend who would be staying on the sofa bed, as there wasn't any left out and no bedding to put on the pillow and duvet we did find, and I never got a response. My friend staying on the sofa bed ended up cutting the weekend short, as she has the worst nights sleep due to how uncomfortable it was. There were a number of other things I messaged the property about this to give them the opportunity investigate, rather than write a review, and they said they would look into it and come back to me, however, its been nearly a month and I have not had any feedback. Bit disappointing really.
